5 Star HVAC Contractors

Guy showed up acted like he didn’t want to be here. Took cover off outside unit put a booster capacitor on unit compressor wouldn’t kick on. Took booster off closed cover said compressor bad demanded $110.00 and walked away. Will never call 5 star again.

We had an A/C issue come up and 5 Star responded promptly and fixed the issue. Troy was very informative and quickly resolved the issue. I highly recommend them for your A/C and heating system needs.

My a/c was not working. These guys got to my house same day I called!! Found the problem in no time, got the air on!! Great guys! Really appreciated the fast service as it was close to 100 degrees that day!! Great company to deal with!!!

We had an AC emergency at 4pm on a Saturday. They were the first to respond and had someone out within an hour and a half. Great text updates, great communication, great service. Couldn’t have been any better. We had a house full and they saved the day!

Chip is an A1 technician provided lots of details about my HVAC system how to care for it what to look for what to do when things go wrong. I appreciate his knowledge of the system and honesty. Great service, Spent time explaining what the issues were and trouble shooting. Gave a fair price on the work and install. The workers were efficient and polite. The final work was completed quickly, was professionally done with attention to detail. They left the work area looking better than it was before. We will use them again for our HVAC needs.

Jose was very professional and detail oriented. Servicing The AC system, he even washed the outside unit using water hose washing out all the dirt from the bottom of the unit and on the side of the unit. Changed all the filters and made sure everything was running according to the manufacture specifications.
I feel very confident we will not have any issues this summer!

Chip completed a thorough multi-point inspection on my Rheem unit. Chip is very personable, professional & knowledgeable. I'll call 5 Star should any future issues arise.

Not that bad of a company. Had call them for a service call and my tech gave me good information on my system. And pretty much let me know how it was and recommend going with my original installer.
