Service Today Heating, Cooling, & Electrical

Service Today was recommended in Angi where I contacted the company online. I received a call to set up an appointment that same day. Master electrician, Steve Robinson, was very professional and knowledgeable. He took time to talk to me about the lighting that was causing us problems. He gave us choices on how we could solve the problem.
We appreciate his professionalism and wonderful personality. We are very pleased with our lighting. Brenda

Jonathan was here for the second time yesterday. His first visit was to install a new air conditioner unit. We liked him right away. He knows his work very well and and told us what was going to happen. He and his helper finished the job, cleaned up and left. He returned yesterday to make a very small adjustment to the heating unit.
Jonathan is a good worker and a very nice person.

As always, Everett took great care of us. He is always attentive & great at explaining the process and answering our questions. Jonathan was equally as good. Will be using this team moving forward

Everett and Service Today we awesome. Quick turnaround to get an appointment. Thorough walkthrough before I got the quote. Options for service, and then the work was done on the spot. It took have the earrings time and he recapped it all at the end. He also added some safety tips. Highly recommend!

Tech. Hightower did a great job. Right from the start he asked various questions to find out if I was having any problems. He fixed the problem right away. He ran more tests then the techs usually run. His attitude showed that he really cared about the customer. So - go ahead and give him two five star ratings for us.

They fixed my ceiling fan/light combo unit in record time!!! (Apparently it was an super easy fix for them) and they therefore only charged me the troubleshooting service fee!

They even explained how I can reset the remotes myself in the future (I have 4 remotes between the 2 units) in case they get off-synced from the units again in the future!!!

Damaged wiring to a ceiling fan in bedroom from squirrels in attic. Identified the problem returning tomorrow to make full repair. All done same day that I requested service. Steve explained all options and quotes and was very thorough. Will update once repair is completed

The lady who answered my after-hours call was very patient and kind. The technician, Everett, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and was able to fix my electrical issues quickly. I would recommend this company to anyone needing electrical work done!

Called service today. They asked me please to give them 24 hours cancellation notice. Then, they cancelled on my at 920am today when our window is 11-2. Covid was sighted as the reason why. Totally understand that. I worked through every second of Covid managing a team of 50 plus every day. Stuff happens.

However, the reality of it, is that they more than likely did not find out this was an issue at 915 and called me right away. Especially with the team member I spoke with, telling me they have been trying to find a way to get someone out to me all morning. Being in summer, during a massive heat wave in Texas, everyone needs their AC fixed. Had they called me at 7 am and said “I’m so sorry this is where we at” they would have given me a better opportunity to find another company to come recharge the system today. I am sure there will be some underhanded response back to this from service today. But nothing on this review is fabricated or exaggerated.

Don’t ask your potential customers for a courtesy that you aren’t willing to provide them with. Thank you for your time.

Does not respond when put in service calls. Have tried repeatedly over the last 9 months to get low voltage lighting fixed after they installed it.
