Troy was very friendly & professional. He made very specific and targeted recommendations that showed he was a real expert. He stayed in touch with us throughout the week as we were working through our decision. His installation team were courteous and respectful, allowing me to work from home with minimal disturbances.

Our air conditioning unit stopped cooling on Friday, June 16, 2023 in the late afternoon. We called 5-Star HVAC Contractors late Friday evening. They made an appointment for us from 8-10 am on Saturday. Chip came out at 9:00 AM and diagnosed that we needed a new Start/Run Capacitor. He installed it and 10 minutes later we had cool air! Yay! Thanks so much for getting us up and running so quickly!

Jason was truly excellent to work with - he was very responsive to our requests and kept in contact with us throughout the process. Jason installed our AC system and custom- designed the project to our needs, and he was extremely knowledgeable. He is also such a nice guy!! We would definitely use him again for any HVAC needs.

My central air was not blowing cold and so called them at 9am on a Sunday. They were able to send out a repairman in 2 hours. He cleaned my unit and charged the Freon. Done in 15 minutes!

I am very satisfied with the service made by the company to install a new compressor and evaporator at home. The price was reasonable in comparison with other companies. Troy was personable, the technicians workmanship was excellent. Highly recommended for this kind of service.

We chose 5 Star HVAC Contractors when we purchased and installed our new HVAC system. We have had minimal issues; however, when something does come up they respond to your inquiry very quickly and necessary services are rendered expeditiously. They are not the kind of company that is out to just make a “buck”! In fact, the technician that came out to service our HVAC unit recently discussed the service call fees vs. the cost of a maintenance agreement, allowing us to make the right decision that is best for us moving forward. He did not have to do that, so I feel like he went Above and Beyond his regular duties and/or responsibilities. The quality of workmanship and the excellent customer service is absolutely deserving of a 5 Star rating (pun intended). We highly recommend 5 Star HVAC Contractors for all of your HVAC system needs.

Jose of 5 Star HVAC is a great guy and a man of his word. I had a coil go out under warranty and he had all my records and was able to fix it the following morning with no problems. I was shocked when he told me he could since I just had a total knee replacement and am scheduling a total right shoulder replacement in two weeks. I was very nervous that I could not get it done at a reasonable price… Jose covered the coil under warranty and I paid labor. He had three men working on time the very next day and trusted me for payment later that day… He is a gentleman, respectful and a man of his word. I recommend him highly!!!!!!

My 18 year old AC unit’s fan motor went out around 5pm. They had someone out by 7pm to diagnose the issue. They located the part and replaced it by 1pm the next day. Wasn’t even 24 hours before the unit was back up and running. THANK YOU!!
