heater stoped working they came out to look the next day. It needed to be replaced they where very fast with the install and was working within a few hours.

They called back quickly and showed up right on time to get the job done.

Came out within a few hours of my call. No one else was able to come for days. Tech was friendly and professional.

I filled out the online scheduling form and instantly got a call to set up an appointment for same day service. Their technician's information and time confirmation text came within minutes. As promised I received a text when he was 30 minutes away, and he showed even up a little early. They asked a few questions, quickly diagnosed the system based on my answers, and went straight to work. They finished their work quickly and the house is cooling like it should again. The technician told me to expect an invoice for the service in my email that evening, which came with the charges as he has described earlier that day. A handy pay online button made paying the bill simple. Best part they didn't try to say the system needs to be replaced as so many companies tend to do. Just quick honest repair work. They really listen to the customer and work hard to fix your system without all the drama. If I ever need service or a new system I know who I'm calling. Thanks 5 Star!

Called at 8PM on Sunday, attic unit is not blowing air but condenser outside is running fine. Jose took my call and Rick showed up at 9:35AM Monday. Rick is a no nonsense kind of guy who got right to work. He listened to what I had discovered about the problem, investigated, diagnosed and told me that Jose would get in touch to discuss timing and price. Rick was off to his next call. Because of a part delay Rick showed up with my new blower motor and installed it today rather than yesterday. I am fully satisfied with the work and the promptness of the repair. I'm relieved replacement is not yet necessary. Had it been an easier to find part they would have done it quicker, I have no doubt. Also, temps are mild so no worries. I'll trust 5 Star Contractors again some day.

Wow this company is fantastic. They came out Wednesday in this awful weather to fix our heating system and will be coming back to install a new one for us as ours is old and needs to be replaced. 5 Star is definitely recommended and are now our HVAC company from now on!! Thank you!

UPDATE: 5 Star came back Thursday to install our new heating system and they did an absolute fantastic job!! In freezing cold weather, they got that new system installed and we had heat within a few hours....they were quick and efficient. Excellent company. Jose, Ray and the 3 gentlemen who worked on getting us up and running!! Thank you!!!!

Had a heater check done. Showed up on time. Very professional. No issues found. I would recommend these guys for a/c and heater service.
