SOS staff are so responsive in what I'm sure is a busy season for them. Realized A/C was out around 3am so sent an email. They responded at 6:10am and had the A/C repaired by 10am! Thy diagnosed the problem almost immediately upon arrival and answered all my questions. We're cool again! You won't go wrong by calling SOS for your A/C needs!

SOS Mechanical absolutely lived up its name when our A/C suddenly went out in the middle of the Texas summer! They came right out, were very friendly and professional, he wore a mask (it was during COVID-19 pandemic), and he fixed it fast! Highly recommended!

SOS was prompt, called ahead as they said they would, did the job they came to do and also addressed another related issue about which we inquired. They reviewed the results of their visit and took time to discuss the related issue as well. You can't ask for a more responsive and personable visit than the employees at SOS. I would not hesitate to call on them for service in the future.

I wanted a certified technician to further inspect an older HVAC unit at a house I was considering buying. SOS Mechanical sent the technician out to meet with me and check everything out. Despite the Trane unit being old it was running as intended. The technician was efficient and gave an honest assessment of the unit without trying to upsell any unessacary repairs or services. Their honesty and professional inspection gave me great piece of mind, so when the unit eventually fails down the road I will call SOS Mechanical.

SOS came out to check my A/C system for a leak. Water was dripping from my ceiling and it ruined the drywall. When the tech told me the drain pipes were loose and I needed new coil. I then showed the tech a receipt, which, shows that they did the replacement of the coil the last time and left the pipes loose causing the leak. The tech left as fast as could and I never heard a word from them. DO NOT use these people.

SOS Mechanical is my choice for servicing my A/C and Heating needs. They are very knowledgeable and responsive for when I have something break down on my older A/C systems. Also, I really like my new Trane systems that I have for both my Home and Business. They have a very high efficiency (SEER Rating) and are built to last that have been trouble free. The Trane systems are a great return on my investment. I assure you that you don’t want to compromise quality when it comes to your A/C and Heating systems. Otherwise, you can pay more for them in the long run with problems.
SOS Mechanical is an Authorized Trane Dealer that makes a big difference since they can provide you a long-term Manufacturer’s warranty that you cannot get from other sellers who are not “Authorized” but sell Trane equipment. So don’t shop just for price! It is worth paying for the peace of mind you get for the warranty you can get from an Authorized Trane Dealer like SOS Mechanical. After all, the A/C & Heating system in your Home or Business are critical to your long-term comfort and maximize the return on your investment in new equipment. I have saved substantially on my electric bill over the last 5 years whereby I have just about paid for my systems.
I will always use SOS Mechanical who I can count on for the advice and service I need for my A/C and Heating needs. You should give them a call.
