Air Specialist Heating & Air Conditioning

My husband and I were very pleased with our service call with Air Specialist today. We called them yesterday afternoon after a terrible experience with another company. From our phone call, to the prompt arrival of our technician within a 30 minute window the very next morning, and to the completion of our visit we had wonderful service. Our technician Joel was very experienced and communicated his findings and recommendations clearly. He wrote up a very thorough summary of his work.

We had an entirely new HVAC system installed in December but when the temps went up the system struggled. We called them to let them know and they immediately came out to inspect and repair the system at no charge. Worth noting it’s hard to verify an A/C is at optimal performance during the winter

Called them out for an intermittent problem and the repairman was very thorough and patient looking for something that wasn't always there. He did a great job and I would definitely use them again.

Called out for a service call on ac unit. Wasnt cooling house needed to see root of issue. Tech that showed up was rude from get go. Very "dont want to be here "attitude ..check a few surface things and said could be the freon but he wasnt checking cause he wasnt moving "all the boxes in the attic"(it was maybe two small boxes which we would have moved if he would have been willing to wait) left with no solution and us out the $80 bucks for the call. Not the usual service we get from this company. Have used them 2 times in past and have been great..that's why we called them again but big fail this go around.

Guss was very thorough in explaining everything that I could do to take care of my A/C unit. He put freon in and I needed to replace some parts to help it run better! I will be calling this company to come back again!!

Had intermittent cooling issues with my main unit that eventually totally failed. Air Specialist worked me in their booked schedule the next morning for my "emergency". Technician arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, and had the needed parts on the truck. While price wasn't really negotiable, and as typical, extended 10 year warranties had expired last year, they worked with me to explain the best deal that reduced my cost for this repair, included a checkup I had already scheduled at additional cost, and covers me with additional services and discounts for a year if needed.

I've used them for all of my repair and new system purchases and will continue to do so because of my satisfaction with their service and appreciation of their treatment of me as a customer.

Love that the tech that comes every year is the same person. He is congenial, professional, courteous, thorough, and knowledgeable. During the visits he provides me with helpful information needed to get the most out of my Units.

After Air Specialist installed my brand new Trane HVAC system, I called them this afternoon before 5:00 pm to have a service call because my new unit isn’t working. 5 calls later and it’s almost 11 pm and still no service call, no help. I spent good money with this company and for them to lie and tell me a technician was dispatched to my home for service is unacceptable.

Service technician did an amazing job fixing our heating issue on our brand new house. He was able to identify the problem and work through the fix while explaining every step. The technician’s hospitality and attitude will be the reason we know who to call in the future.

I have an annual maintenance plan with this company. They call me when is time for scheduled maintenance to set up appointments. Everybody in the company is very nice and technicians call ahead and show up on time. I receive an email with the name and picture ID of the technician for me to be able to identify them and allow them access to my home. Their trucks are clearly identifiable with the company logos. This is very important for safety and peace of mind. With respect to their work they are very professional and nice. Will tell me if there are any issues or recommendations or everything OK. No sell up pressure. No scare tactics.
