Air Specialist Heating & Air Conditioning

Heat was not coming on....had not used it since last winter. Yall checked everything including thermostat...actually system had begun working last night...heard it come on... everything was found to be working well. Reason for delay of coming on...system had a little debris which seem to correct itself and now be working correctly. The checkup was covered by our maintenance agreement.

I have used Air Specialist Heating and Air Conditioning for many years; everyone is very professional, and always show up on time. I prepay for my bi-annual equipment check ups and can not imagine NOT doing this to maintain optimal working conditions for my system. When signing up for a maintenance plan, you also get discounts on equipment and services. You also receive updates about the technician when they will be arriving.

Great service. Called on a Saturday evening and was told tech would arrive in 1-1.5 hours which is pretty reasonable for after hours. The tech arrived in 15 minutes and fixed the issue in 30 minutes. I was very happy.

They got out to my place the day I called them, they were swamped but made time for us. The technician came out around 8:30pm. So thankful for the guys who come out past 5pm.

I didn't go with them for the repairs, as they were asking alot, but their evaluation was punctual and helpful.

The technician was very determined to access all of the AC components and give a thorough evaluation. He was careful to explain all his results. The check-up left us believing that a true expert had evaluated our system.

I'm very very pleased with the service with the technician Jake who came 4 hrs. early than what I was told. He was very thorough checking everything making sure the temperature was set right & the vents are working fine. He explained how to set the thermostat. Overall he did a great job. Will definitely recommend them to my friends.

If your needing any A/C work or new system, they are actually honest! I bought my new A/C systems from them an I couldn't be happier. They came out today for my bi-annual check up. Frank was my tech and If is very thorough. He explained everything he did. If you want somebody that is not going to rip you off, give them a call.

We have used Air Specialists in the past for annual tune-ups, and they have always delivered great service without gimmicks. Well, today we needed AC repairs, and again, the service was both immediate and honest. Steve took care of our issue quickly, and he was too kind to my curious 9 year-old who asks endless questions. Highly recommend.

I had an issue with my AC cutting out with the outdoor fan not running and a buzzing sound. I suspected it was a capacitor but these guys were out here the next afternoon. Cost to come check out the issue: $79. They charge a flat rate by repair service and don’t charge hourly. Now I understand why! After confirming it was a bad capacitor ($20 for the part), he told me the charge was $211 for labor. After a total of 15 minutes, he was out the door and I was out $300.

This company came to prepare an estimate for a major repair in my system. The technician was very professional and thorough. He confirmed the diagnosis of the problem. The service representative that presented the offer was also very professional. While at the end I didn't do the repair with this company, I was very impressed by their professionalism. I could not give them 5 stars because ultimately I can't attest to their delivery and prices were on the high side.
