Carlos was the tech who came out to my house he was amazing. From the moment he walked in he explained everything and told me what it would cost and explained how everything worked I was getting. I called first thing this morning and they were here by noon same day. Great customer service with Holley as well who answered the phone when I called and was in desperate need of my AC getting repaired today. I was so satisfied I signed up for their maintenance plan. Thank you all so much!!

The Scheduler was friendly and provided several options. She followed up with an email and pre-day reminder. The Specialist was professional, courteous, and punctual. I would recommend AC Specialists for heating and cooling repairs and maintenance.

It’s always a little challenging the first time you invite a contractor in your home. I was impressed by the entire experience. First they were on time. Second they called ahead. Third their prices were about 30% less than another air quality specialist company recommending the same scope with the same equipment. Finally what they did seems to work. My wife’s allergies are greatly improved. An added bonus was their attention to detail and willingness to explain what they were doing every step of the way.

I needed an HVAC inpector during my options period and they responded same day with a call back a few minutes after they closed to make sure to followup. I had my inspection done the next morning with all the information I needed. They were courteous, professional and responsive.

I’ve been using Air Specialist for a few years now and have had great customer service with them, from the office calls to the technicians!! All has been super great!!

I knew I was going to spend some money today when Air Specialists showed up and I was fine with that. As it turned out, my air system was fine and I had a drain valve that was stopped up and the outside unit needed cleaning. No problem. They suggested I sign up for the yearly maintenance program which I did because the drain cleaning would come with it. The reason I had called the company in the first place was because there were two transformers that blew in my neighborhood over the weekend and I wanted to have things checked out. Knowing that, the service tech suggested I have surge protectors installed on the outside and attic unit. I agreed and thought it was a good idea. He then worked up an estimate and although the surge protectors seemed expensive, I still said go ahead (especially since he was going to install them also). After he installed one, he dropped the box on my counter and I checked the price online. The cost from Air Specialists for the installed surge protectors AFTER THE PURCHASE of the yearly maintenance plan is $272 per device. THE EXACT SAME DEVICE can be purchased from Amazon for $49.95. That is a mark up that borders on the criminal!! I called Air Specialists and let a message for Rick (the manager owner) yet he has not returned my call. I believe in being fair to customers and I stand by my word. I committed and paid the bill. A fair mark up for the device I would have never complained about. There is a cost for service and I get it. Perhaps $150 per protector including installation (which took about 10 minutes per protector by the way) would never have raised an eyebrow. Caution to any and all who use this company, be careful of what you are buying and check all prices before committing to anything. I do not fault the person that did the work. He was great and timely. His prices are what he was told to charge and they were fair for the service and ABSOLUTELY OBSCENE for the parts and not even willing to return my call to talk about it.

Spoke to Brady on Tuesday and explained to him how Cowboy cooling left me with a partial install and damaged units .
He came out that day and got my install set up for the very next day !
The guys showed at 9 sharp and worked diligently until the job was complete !

Antonio came to service our furnace and also cleaned our outside air conditioner compressor. I felt like he wants to do a good job for his customers. Antonio is a hard worker!

I requested a service tech to come and check our AC unit and to evaluate some problems I was having. He was very kind and professional. He did a excellent job evaluating our problem and suggested how to solve it. Not only did our tech Kevin give us excellent service, but Lynn at the office was very kind and patient with me as I was trying to explain exactly what was going on in our home.
