I am very happy with the service provided. Technician arrived on time and was able to explain what was needed. Frank performed the check up and ensured me that everything was working. He took pictures and advised me of what needs to be addressed in the near future. He explained everything to me in a way that it was easy to understand what the current situation is with the furnace that is 17 years old. I experienced great customer service

We had a new HVAC system installed in our home. The unit was installed the day after we made the agreement. Really appreciate not having to wait days or weeks for an AC unit , In August @ 100 degree temperatures. The installers were professional, good craftsmanship, everything was cleaned up afterwards.

My furnace stopped working. Technician came today, was very professional and courteous and honest. Parts and labor to fix the furnace equal 75% of the cost of a new furnace. He was not pushy or try it sway me one way or the other. Educated me on the situation, offered options and let me decide. Was a great experience.

The first technician assigned did not have the extension ladder to get on the roof. That was the fault of the office which had the info which I had reminded them of, but didn’t tell the first technician. Two hours later Ramses arrived and he did have the correct ladder. He did an excellent job, and I’ll request him every time. I really like the fact Air Specialist came the same day I called. I signed up for twice a year checks as well, which got me reduced trip charge and a big discount on parts. I’m very pleased!!!

I pay a monthly service fee of $12. On the day of a scheduled service, I do like the fact that I get a reminder call on on same day. Overall, the service is good, I've been using them for about a year now. I would have given them 5 stars here but the reason I didn't is because I specifically asked for pictures of the furnace and the technician did not honor my request.

Their response time is quick, use them at home and office and their service and pricing are unbeatable. All Theo service people are very professional and they are honest and to the point. Just had a unit go bad in our office and needed replacement their price and availability could not be matched. Highly recommend them!

Once the technician arrived to perform maintenance everything was great, but communication was poor. First appointment was booked a week earlier and only received a phone call that they would need to reschedule at the end of the day after my 4 hour service window had passed. Day of appointment did not hear from the company until 50 minutes prior to my appointment when I received a call that they were 20 minutes away. Other than poor communication, when Frank arrived he did his thing and provided advice to maintain my system and keep it in tip top shape.

I've had AC maintenance and also heating maintenance done. Both technicians were very polite. The AC tech recommended a surge protector, that I did take him up on and I'm glad I did. My heating tech recommended a UV light that I didn't get yet, but I am considering it. I like that they give recommendations and educate you on their recommendations.

I called this company because of the reviews seen on Google and it impressed me. I will say they are professional and friendly, unfortunately what they lacked was service to work with me on my issues. When the technician(Carlos)arrived at my home my outside unit (compressor) was working properly and was cooling my home to 76 degrees with the ac set at 74 degrees in the hottest part of the day. Carlos found a slight leak in the inside unit (condenser) and thought to add refrigerant (coolant) to help cool the home more adequately with the idea because of the leak found the system wasn't charged. After adding half a pound of refrigerant he then left without charging me for the service which would've costed $76. I thought that was very generous but after he left I turned my ac back on only to find that my ac wasn't cooling at all, It completely stopped cooling. I was surprised at that point that Carlos didn't even come inside my home to check and see if my home was going to cool, mind you it was 95 degrees out and now 89 degrees inside my home. I immediately called Carlos to see what would cause the ac to completely stop cooling at this point. We went from having a slight leak in the inside unit to now having the outside unit not cooling the home at all. He said as soon as he finished the next service call he would come back and check out why such a change in the entire system and why it is now not cooling at all. He came back and took the refrigerant he added back out to see if that caused the now malfunctioning outside compressor. After exhausting the refrigerant into the air he checked his display and found it made no difference because the compressor was now just not working properly. I must say that I had a working compressor when he arrived to having a malfunctioning compressor after he left. The companies only defense is that it just went out at that exact moment. The entire ac unit is only 9 years old and what went from slight leak in the condenser and the idea to replacing just the inside condenser is now replacing the outside compressor as well. I cannot say for certain of course if they created this new mechanical failure with my outside compressor but it very ironic that it just so happen to go out when he added that half a pound of refrigerant to a system that only needed 3-4 lbs. After all that I get a call from Brent Denny the Advisor to show the estimated cost of repairs, on this proposal all it shows is the total for $8260 and a $500 discount. It shows nothing about cost of the materials or labor, just the total and nothing else. I asked him if he could break down the cost and he plainly said he couldnt. Now, I dont know of any company that doesnt break down a proposal or estimate of cost of services. How can you expect someone to pay good money without any idea of cost of materials and labor. Again nice people but truthfully sorry to say I wished I never had them come to my home in the first place.

Jeff is the best he responded to my call quick.
I called him on friday by saturday they were installing my hvac. The whole process was very easy. The price was right all others were to high.
I will recommend them anytime. The guys that installed the units were very clean and respectful.Thank you Jeff for everything.
