Our service technician was friendly and knowledgeable and completed his work fairly quickly. Air Specialists has always been responsive; came with in 24 hours to repair the AC (the capacitor failed) others we called were not able to give an appointment for at least 7 - 10 days.

Have a maintenance contract with them. They out today to do my check up. I informed the tech that the unit wasn’t keeping up anymore. When he checked the out door unit all he did was put his amp probe on. No pressures were or anything was checked. This guy no knowledge if the internal pressures are correct. Was at the unit for 3 minutes. Came in and told me the unit was fine. I have video proof. 200 bucks for nothing.

Joe (electrician/technician) arrived on time and was very professional. He actually allowed me to watch him diagnose and work on the issue with my A/C and was explaining what he was doing along the way. I actually learned quite a bit from him. Price was very reasonable for the work and I will be using this company again for A/C repairs and maintenance in the future.

Great experience. Called to request AC service and an Air Specialist was at my home within 3 hours. Specialist was very professional and thorough when explaining the issue. Repair was complete in less than an hour. Very pleased with the service and quality.

Air Specialist replaced our air conditioners in 2013 and they have been providing service ever since under a maintenance agreement. Air conditioner stopped working yesterday evening, so I called last night and got on the schedule today. Carlos showed up on time and fixed it with no problems within about 30 minutes after getting here. Great company! And thank you Carlos!

Wehave been experiencing problems with our AC and paid $395 the last time a technician came. This time the technician told us it wasn’t wired correctly. I feel like Air Specialist is wasting our time and money. We should get a refund for the previous technician.

With temps in the 90s and 100s recently, I am most appreciative that Air Specialist provides same-day service. Service Rep, Steven, was courteous and informative. Repairs were quickly diagnosed and completed. Even The Homeowner’s A/C maintenance knowledge had increased by the end of the visit.

I was in need of a major air conditioning repair to my home. Although I didn't have the financial resources to pay the total amount after the air conditioning repair was completed. The company was nice enough to allow me to pay the amount due in two monthly installments in the process.

This company in my opinion is out to make money off the back of hard working people like myself. They tried to charge me 2250.00 for a water heater that was not broken. They refused to do the job they were called to do because l wouldn't purchase the water heater. Not a company I would recommend.

The services provided were priced competitively. They were able to provide a Lennox EL18XCV, which others were not able to get. Timely scheduling, timely arrival along with total installation as projected.

The two man installation crew were very informative and very quick to install the condenser. I would recommend them to others.
