We have 3 systems in our home that are 5 years old. We have an annual contract with Legacy for system maintenance, and a UV system. Richard and Smiley notified us on arrival time, arrived on time and did a thorough system check (documented with pictures). They also cleaned 4 returns while here and installed 2 quick start systems to increase system longevity. The team explained things well, had a great attitude, and cleaned up behind them. Great service from Romeo Ramos, Amber and everyone at Legacy! I messaged late Friday about our AC not working and Amber called me first thing Saturday morning. Romeo was on-site a few hours later and took his time to diagnose the issue, answer my questions and he stayed to make sure things were working right before he left. I really appreciate it.

Two crews showed up Before stated installation time and worked continuously and harmoniously to set up both our units. Jacob kept us informed of the progress and comfortable knowing everything was going well. He took extra time to explain how everything works and left us feeling satisfied in our choices. I recommend you at least talk to Legasy if you have any HVAC equipment needs or service.
