I called Legacy- everyone from the receptionist to the technician were friendly and professional. I was able to get someone out first thing in a Saturday morning. Excellent service from start to finish! We were able to get same day service and they sent us a picture of the rep that would be performing our service ahead of time. Our tech arrived early (which is always awesome!!) and he was personable, professional, and thorough! He made sure we had a good understanding of why our old thermostat went on the fritz and gave us some good maintenance tips for our AC unit.
