I was referred to legacy by a real Estate Broker friend of mine in New Braunfels. I called and from the first moment, they were beyond helpful, understood the emergency due to the extreme heat and scheduled an appointment for the same day! Skyler showed up, after sending a text with his picture and accurate time of arrival. Skyler was beyond professional, extremely thorough and quite honestly life saving for my daughter and her two elderly labs. He was able to get the very old system running within two hours and was HONEST. Skyler provided a very quote for a complete new system upon request, detailed invoice as well photos, videos and to this day, still continues to provide everything I've asked via text. I would HIGHLY recommend Legacy to everyone in their service area and if you can request Skyler, please do so. He treated us like family and his continued service and communication puts him in a class that is a very rare find these days. 5 Stars to Legacy and 5 stars to Skyler! Thank you Legacy and Skyler. Although my heat pump repair entailed substantially more than planned, Jacob diligently worked the issues, identified the problems, and took appropriate action. He was honest, attentive to details, and hard working. Jacob provided the kind of service we "Baby Boomers" have come to believe didn't exist anymore. For the first time since it was installed, three years ago, by another company (and serviced by three others), I feel confident my new heat pump will work properly. I highly recommend Legacy Home Services and Jacob.

We could not be happier with Legacy. The techs are always on time and professional. We appreciate the texts sent ahead of time with a photo of the tech. Now THAT'S thoughtful customer service with an eye on security. Just excellent communication all around. And the service contract is a great deal, not to mention peace of mind.
Sam did a great job today for our semi-annual checkup. Fortunately everything is in top notch shape. He also took the time to answer questions I had about some noises our heat pump makes when it's cold outside, and I was relieved it's nothing to worry about. The previous tech who came out, Ryan, did an equally great job 6 months ago.
Every home services company could learn a thing or two from Legacy and how professionally they operate.

My ac went out on a Saturday and I called and spoke with Skylar and explained to him what was going on. He was able to come out that same day and check out my entire unit and gave me multiple options on how I could proceed. Not only was he thorough but was also able to beat the price of what I was previously quoted by another company. I got a brand new system installed 2 days later and the process was nice and easy.

Skyler cleaned and unstopped the condensate drain on our a/c unit. He vacuumed the water out of pan and reset the safety switch on unit and got it running again. He was very professional, he diagnosed and corrected the problem quickly. Amber was great too…she took our info and got us on the schedule quickly The price was very reasonable, and we will definitely call them again!

Our ac broke Wednesday evening and since we needed a total replacement they brought us some portable units for the night. They were there first thing Thursday morning to replace the broken unit. They were quick, courteous and professional! Our house is nice in cool in less than 24 hours!
