Richard was courteous, respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. 5 star service. Let us know when he'd be here, was on time, checked and fixed all issues and even took the time to answer questions I had about how my system works. Legacy is our go-to for all things heating and cooling and Richard is an asset to your crew!

Octavio Gonzalez came by and performed the service on our system. We have been having issues with the company who installed the system. They had come out multiple times and told us nothing was wrong but our house wouldn't go below 80 in the summer. Had Legacy come out and they informed us our lines needed to be flushed and new freon added due to the dirty lines. An issue the other company didn't even check. Happy to have a good diagnosis of our problem and how to fix it.

Kenely and Stephen installed the electrical work for our sunroom split A/C unit. It was a tight fit but they did an excellent job! Their work and everyone we have come in contact with at Legacy has been professional, top notch. Call them! You won’t regret it!

Romeo was so professional. He took a picture & showed me the problems before he fixed them and then afterwards showed me a picture of the repair!!! And Amber was so kind and wonderful over the phone. She explained everything and got a repairman out to my home as soon as possible! Could not have asked for better service!!! They were both very professional!

The replacement of our air conditioning unit has been a journey. We reached out to several top rated companies and after three weeks of vendor visits, review of cost proposals, and evaluating customer service from each team, it was clear that Legacy Home Service was the far superior company to work with for this expense project.

Prior to the actual installation, Jared and his team walked us through the process of replacing the inside/outside systems. They carefully explained each cost line item and everything they stated was honored at the actual time of installation. The day of installation was performed in a painless and efficient manner. Legacy installed our new HVAC system a few years ago and they check and maintain it every 6 months for us. The company and techs are always professional, service oriented, on time and responsive!
We learned that they were offering electrician service and asked for a new exterior outlet at the end of the patio. The guys had a good solution and the job was done in an hour or so - we’re completely satisfied.
