Kyle Parker came out to assess our issue with our air conditioner not cooling appropriately. He identified the issue and was able to have Chris Adams come a couple hous later to fix the problem. Kyle took the time to investigate the problem and fully explain the issue to us. Chris was able completely assess the issue and fix the problem. He also took the time to explain what he did to us.

AC in Central/South Texas is one of those must haves with immediate response. Legacy scheduled an appointment the same day I called to look at replacing my HVAC system. Abel was very professional, informative and most importantly responsive to every question I had over three days. I elected to use Legacy because of Abel's quick response. Two business days after I decided to go with their proposal, I had three crews show up promptly at 8am. They replaced two complete HVAC systems, added more duct work, return air, and upgraded electrical wiring all by 5pm. Every one of their crew was professional, polite, asked questions and answered mine. They worked their butts off and made sure to leave our home cleaner than when they arrived. Thank you to Justin, Roger, Kyle, Marcus and anyone I forgot. First class business and I now have my go to contractor with the Legacy Family!

Techs, Justin and Roger, arrived on time. Install went quickly; floors were covered, they took care not scrape the walls when moving the old unit out and the new one in. They dressed the Copper lines and Electrical so the unit is easy to access in the future when I need to change the filter or maintenance needs to be done.

Chris Adams was great. He quickly identified what was making our AC not work and remedied the situation. Techs like him are why we will continue to use Legacy!

We used Legacy Heating for a gas leak on our HVAC. They came the same day within a couple of hours of our call. Our Dispatcher was Skylar and he was so thorough and professional! It was an absolute mess that required a lot of work and Skylar was friendly, communicative, and great to work with throughout the whole process! Our service technician (Octavio Gonzalez) was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He adjusted our ventilation settings and Freon levels to help with our humidity issues. Would highly recommend Legacy and Octavio!
