To set the stage, it was 108 on the dash when I got home to a pregnant wife and no a/c. I called the previous company we’ve used and got no response. Legacy Home Services was well-reviewed so I gave them a call. They were able to get a technician out in less than an hour! The technician, Abel, was awesome and quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed it, and provided some tips to prevent future issues. Highly recommend and will continue to use Legacy Home Services.

Legacy was great from start to finish! I would 100% recommend. My 19 year old A/C finally went out on a Thursday night. I called Legacy Friday morning and they came out the same day. Richard Margarum was my technician and he was great! He gave me quotes to fix my existing A/C and quotes for a new one. I went with the new A/C as it was a great price. The install team was awesome as well. They were out to install the new A/C first thing Monday morning at 8:00 AM and had the job completed within a few hours. They even provided me with a big portable A/C over the weekend that kept my house cool. Can’t recommend this company enough!

Skyler came out to give us a quote on installing an air purifying system. He was quick yet thorough, kind, solution focused, and very knowledgeable. We will be moving forward with their services.

Chris showed up to replace our coil system, and we couldn’t have chosen anyone better to do so. The professionalism along with the kindness did not go unnoticed. We will forever do business with these guys ! 10/10 hands down!

Richard was extremely professional and did an excellent job explaining the repairs and the needed maintenance. He completed his work in a very timely fashion. Skyler was professional, knowledgeable and an all around nice guy. I came home from work and my house was probably close to 90 degrees inside. I have 4 month old twin girls, so we needed it fixed ASAP. I called and the woman on the phone was very nice. They sent a tech out within the hour. He knew what the problem was right away (bad capacitor) and got our house cooling down within 10 minutes of arrival. Any time we need service, I’ll be using Legacy again.

Jared came out only few hours after I called for an appointment. Jared was professional and patient as he presented the various options. We closed the deal and the next morning Jacob and another professional, knowledgeable young man did the installation. They were polite and also patient. They vacuumed and even blew the driveway before they left. I was comfortable with them in my home and enjoyed listening to them as they worked so well together. I recommend this company.

Kudos to Legacy A/C. Our unit went out on Monday evening and we had a technician here by Tuesday afternoon. The technician arrived introduced himself and told me step by step what he was going to do and what to look for. The condenser was bad and he had the part available...Thank goodness for the warranty and maintenance plan. Many thanks and good service by technician Octavio Gonzales.

Chris and Bentley were courteous, prompt and friendly. They answered all my questions and did an excellent neat job on my air handler replacement. As usual Legacy is the best!

The entire team at legacy was top notch. I would like to give a special shout-out to Shawn from the warehouse who was able to pull some strings and get the part I needed within two days. The part was on back order for over a month. He made sure I didn’t have to suffer in this Texas heat. I would recommend legacy to anyone and everyone!
