Locally owned company. My Rep, Jared Jaroski, made promises, and then kept them. No high pressure and very competitively priced. Short wait time for installation, two days only. Install crew included Kyle and Marcos, both were knowledgeable and friendly. I’ll be requesting them by name when it comes time for annual maintenance. Most attractive financing I found.

From what I have experienced, they are a good choice.

Skyler was the technician who came out from Legacy. He was super professional, quick to get started, thorough, and knowledgeable.
We discussed A/C repair and replacement costs. He was thorough in explaining the differences in A/C units and their features. He also educated me on several different things on my A/C unit so I knew what to look for when needing to provide information to Legacy if I have to call again.

Our larger A/C system wasn’t cooling well. Legacy Services Heating and Air Conditioning was a delight to work with. They communicated well. Octavio and Jakob were wonderful to work with on the diagnostic and maintenance work, and educated me along the way. They were so very accommodating and fit in our maintenance visit as new Legacy Family Plan members. Chris came out to do the repair. I’d give him 6 or more stars if I could! Such a quality person, very experienced and knowledgeable. He patiently and expertly answered all our questions about the system and went above and beyond in every way! This is a company that takes care of their employees and inspires loyalty and a family atmosphere which is increasingly rare these days. That loyalty translates in to knowledgeable and experienced technicians for the customer. Well done, and thank you for your service on these 100+ degree days!!

We had Jon and Jared over a few nights ago working on our HVAC options and new electrical lines. I can’t express enough how amazing they both were. Not only did they respect us, but also our home. My children were all over the place and they weren’t phased in the least. A few days later we had Kyle out to install our new mini split in the school house and he too was outstanding. From start to finish the process of buying a new system was flawless. I hands down will only ever use Legacy.

Able discussed all of the issues with my system and offered different options to choose. His work was excellent and professional. Octavio came out to install a motor later in the week and did a great job with true professionalism. His work was thorough and he explained everything he had to complete.

Skyler was wonderful to work with! He was very informative of all the repair options and payment plan. He worked quickly and efficiently. I'm very happy with the service he provided and would love to have him back for our next service call.

Dews showed up to install the power for our spa. Very professional, and provided a quote for the work on site. After job acceptance they ordered materials and began work same day. Would recommend them to anyone.

First, Legacy was recommended by my sister. Legacy had done a complete new A/C unit install for my sister's home. She told me that her and her husband were very please with the work that was done, so she suggested to call them. With that said, I was very satisfied with the service that Legacy provided, especially with the tech Kyle. Kyle was very professional, polite, thorough, and very patient. I had many questions for him and he answered them all. He didn't get frustrated or annoyed with the many questions I had. Overall, I recommend Legacy for future A/C service.
