This is the second complete system install Legacy has done for me. They installed both the unit and all the duct work in two different shops. The crew took pride in their work, was very professional, paid attention to detail and most impressively cleaned up even the smallest bit of trash and debris. Other than the beautiful new Trane unit, you wouldn’t have even known they were there.

Abel came in to correct the issues another competitor could not assist with. Abel was awesome and he was really great in explaining all the repairs and how best to proceed.

Octavio was very professional and pleasant to speak with. But when I purchased the new unit 6 months ago I was told the first replacement filter at 6 months would be included. It wasn't. They wanted $80.00 for the filter. I said no as i had an order in Amazon for the same filter at $50.00. I was also told I would get the Trane badges on my outside unit as it has no labels at all. Today I also gave them $75.00 worth of brand new filters that were for my old unit that was removed. Just the kind of guy I am. I guess the salesman just told me all that just to help sell the unit??? If your not going to stand by your word, then you should not say anything.
Update: they went out of their way to make everything right!! I could not ask for anything better. I was so impressed with the follow up and the immediate attention I received. You guys are the best!!!!

Install Heat Pump. I was in the market to replace my traditional air conditioning system with a heat pump. I brought in many providers, and only Jared Jeroski from Legacy truly understood the transformation that I was looking to achieve. I was very satisfied with all aspects.

Jared Jaroski was very professional and knowledgeable. And Thomas Paine and his crew installed the unit with no hitches…everything went smoothly. Trane unit is Sooooo so quiet. It sits right outside our bedroom window and we can’t hear it due to the variable speed. HIGHLY recommend. Moreover, it has cut our electric bill dramatically.

Technicians Justin C. and Roger T. perfomed a complete replacement of HVAC system at my personal house. Including furnace, coil, and condenser. Both where exceptionally proffesional, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Legacy has been servicing our units for eight or nine years. Always great personalize service. Decided to replace one of our units. Jared J. (Comfort Adviser) came out, explained our options, and answered all our question. On the day of installation Kyle D. and his two helpers showed up on time and completed the installation in about four hours.

The technician Mike is super friendly and helpful. He has been coming since we installed the new system 3 years ago . So nice to have the same tech each visit
