Excellent service! Our AC wasn’t working right and they sent someone out that same day to fix it. We had Christopher and he was fantastic! He was quick to find out the issue and got it up and running again. He was professional and made sure I understood what caused the problem and how he fixed it. We will definitely be calling Legacy for any future needs!

Mike Aleman, with Legacy showed up on time for both visits. He was able to diagnose and fix my problem with my AC. We didn't have heat or AC. He found that main circuit board was burned out. He ordered and replaced the board and confirmed my system was up and running before leaving. I can highly recommend Legacy as they stayed in contact and also kept their word on repair costs and date of installation. I had two other vendors out prior to their arrival this team was very professional and made sure I was cool from this Texas heat.

Great company to use if your shopping for a new AC system. Legacy Service AC was recommended by a neighbor of mine and they gave me competitive pricing along with great value with my new Trane AC system. Skyler explained everything to us during his initial visit. My install was done by Justin/Roger who worked non stop in the heat so my family and I can get our AC back asap. Also the their office admin people who I spoke with multiple times were great communicating with me via text/ phones calls. Had a great experience with them when our AC went out over a holiday weekend. Would definitely use them again. They were responsive, prompt, professional, friendly, and easy to work with! Chris was our technician. He found and fixed the problem quickly. Nicki was the person working the answer service. She was super helpful as well!

We had Legacy replace our old AC system last year and every time they have come to do regular maintenance checks since then, they have always been on time and professional. Chris was very helpful in completing the maintenance recently and noticed a small leak that he fixed and explained our options to continue our quarterly maintenance and we were able to sign up very easily.

Our technican Kyle P. provided excellent service was very professional, honest and helpful with any questions we had regarding the repairs. He quickly diagnosed and addressed the issues we were having and was able to perform repairs just as quickly. We would definitely recommend Legacy and will be using them again in the future.

We had an old a/c replaced by Legacy a week ago. From quote to install, the process was smooth. Jared was very helpful and answered all of my follow up questions and followed up with me to ensure we were getting the best deal on our new system. The installation was great. The crew made sure to protect our floors and cleaned up when they were finished. We highly recommend Legacy and we're excited to have our new system before the summer heat gets here.

I’ve dealt with Legacy Services for several years now and have always been very satisfied with their work. Skyler was the technician that came out today and he almost immediately had my system up and running. He was prompt, professional and very thorough. It’s never fun when your AC goes out, but Skyler made it as painless as possible!!

Came home Sunday afternoon, Father's Day, to a very hot house, ac not working. I knew it was not a good time to call and get immediate service! Luckily called Legacy Home Services and someone answered. Young lady i spoke with was very helpful and sympathetic to my needs. She had originally told it would be Monday before they could come to the house. Explained that I'm elderly and really needed someone as soon as possible. She went the extra mile and able to find they had a cancellation. She said technician was on a service call but would be here after. Got notified that technician Chris Adams would be here in 30 minutes! Chris showed up on time and was very professional and nice! He explained the issues with the system and was able to resolved the issues in a very timely manner. Chris took the time to explain the problem and the solution. Chris answered all my questions and gave me the option to get a service membership for regular maintenance. He was not pushy, but did explain the benefits. I am very very pleased with the service and the promptness of the service due to the extreme heat we are experiencing! Especially it being a Sunday and Father's Day!! Will definitely recommend Legacy Home Services!
