Replaced AC unit outside and installed my thermostat. They always do a great job and are very polite and professional. I recommend them!! Thanks

We were BEYOND impressed with the quality of service that we received from our Comfort Advisor and the team that installed our new inside and outside units. The Comfort Advisor (Abe) was knowledgeable and helped answer all of our questions/concerns, walked us through the entire process and the day of our install showed up multiple times to check on the progress and make sure everything was going well.

The Installation Team was TOP NOTCH, the entire team was respectful of our home, they were professional, polite, courteous and went above anything we could imagine. I was fully impressed with the way they worked with each other and respected each other. That level of team work showed in the quality of the work they did for us.

Edit: After having them come out for a quote to install a brand new full system then I need to change my review. They came out and told me they would get me a quote by lunchtime the following day. Received nothing. Over the next 3 days I left 2 voicemails and called the main line. They told me when I called the main line that they reached out to that person and he would call me as soon as he was out of a meeting. I gave up as that was like 2 weeks ago. Poor communication and follow-up so I need to change my review.
I originally gave 5 stars but I give good reviews for good service/communication, and vice-versa. Was disappointed by this outcome.

Noel Nevarez from Burnside responded to my house this morning because my thermostat stopped communicating with my unit. I thought it was the SmartHub, but it turns out the drain pan was full and backed up. If I had let it go any longer, it might have overflowed and caused water damage. Noel was here within 15 minutes after I called Burnside on a Sunday on a holiday weekend to fix the issue. I can't say enough good things about this company and their employees!

On Monday, 8/1/22, the Burnside technicians arrived at my home and install the full HVAC system, along with a new thermostat, replacing a York system I had for 22-years.

On Wednesday, 8/10/22, the system wasn't working properly, and they sent a technician, Fidel, out to "fix the problem." The technician said it was a "drainage" issue, and he supposedly fixed it. My wife was here (I wasn't), so she trusted the technician was competent. Obviously, that was not the case because the AC system wasn't not working when I got home, two hours later. He did NOT test the system before he left; he did NOT fix the system before he left; when I call the HOTLINE for service, which supposedly provides emergency services until 8pm, they said they wouldn't be able to get anyone here until 10:00am tomorrow morning.

When, Evan, from the service office called me back when I called back indicating I had a sick wife and elderly mother-in-law living in the house, and couldn't be here until these extreme situation, and I expressed my frustration, he proceeded to tell me how he "understands," to which I replied, "No, Evan, I don't think you do understand; you're in a air-conditioned environment right now...you didn't pay over $14k for a brand new system to be installed last week and a week later it's not working properly...no, Evan, you don't understand." Evan responds, "sir, if you're going to keep speaking to me this way, I'm going to hang up," and he did HANG UP. I wasn't using profanity. I was not yelling and scream. I was speaking to him firmly as a man would who is extremely frustrated with their LACK OF SERVICE for a customer, a NEW CUSTOMER at that.

My salesperson, Abe Al-Amar, was more than happy to answer my phone calls, usually answering on the 2nd ring, when I was interested in buying the system, now my calls only go to voicemail. He was adamant about their level of service, their dealership reliability, and their reliable product, and how it was top of the line with with brand like Carrier and Trane.

So, if you are willing to do business with a SERVICE company such as this, that provides this level of service (or should I say LACK OF SERVICE), then do it at your own risk. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT!

It's a typical situation of where they're sweet sounding and enticement in the beginning, but when the chips are down, when the brand new Lennox system, 2-stage, 5-ton, unit isn't working a week later, they are no where to be found, and if they do send someone out, they will undoubtedly be incompetent to know whether a system is working properly or not BEFORE they leave the premises.
