Technician Nick came to help with my heating problem. He was extremely prompt, courteous and efficient. After discovering my fan was malfunctioning, Nick was very patient in explaining the problem and my options to handle the situation.
I've been a customer of Burnside for many years and they've always been swift to come to my rescue whenever a problem arose with my system.

Nick did a terrific job and was a pleasure to have in our home. Courteous, answered all questions well and had an attitude of making sure we were pleased with the job.

I was hoping for just a routine cleaning of our HVAC system today, but Nick Dashiell alerted me to some issues that needed attention. He explained in detail what was wrong, and offered several solutions for how to address them. While the repairs ended up being fairly high, I never felt like Nick was trying to “sell” me something I didn’t need. Nicklaus was very professional, kind and helpful with our service. We have a complicated HVAC system and he did a great job with the maintenance and performed a quick repair for us. Will request him for our next visit!

Outdoor unit issues late Friday evening. Jason came out identified the problem and the unit was back up and running within the hour. While he was here he thoroughly checked over both units, made a few tweaks, and we couldn't be happier.
