Jason did a diagnostic and parts replacement on our A/C.

We wore out several parts with the extreme heat!

Nicklaus was professional and courteous upon arrival. He was able to quickly diagnose and address the issue I was experiencing with my heating just prior to a particularly harsh cold front. He also thoroughly inspected both the outdoor and indoor unit and answered any questions I had.

Dean was fantastic. Arrived early and fixed our furnace problem on Christmas Eve, at a much lower cost than a competitor quote. Will definitely use Burnside again because of this experience.

Blake did a fantastic job - timely arrival, quickly diagnosed the issue with the outside AC unit, explained the repair process and part involved and the cost. Once I gave the okay, he made the repairs and diligently tested the result - measuring air temperatures at the vents around the house.

Friendly, professional, efficient, and effective - great combination for HVAC service. I was impressed enough to sign up for the semiannual service offered.
