Do NOT use Burnside! They installed our new A/C unit 4 years ago. We just called for a service call. It was $139 just to dispatch a truck, then the technician said we should pay him to “clean the coils” on our 4 year old unit that is not in a dirty area. We asked about Freon and he said it was best to maintain the unit first. He charged us another $150 to clean the coils but the temp on the air coming out of the vents was still same (not cool.) Then he said “well, it is on the low side of the freon gage,” that will be another $150 to add too it. Goodness!! They are all about nickel and dining their clients. Very poor service and pricing model for good customers!

Brad Burnside was here today to do a six-month checkup following a total system upgrade and replacement.
He did a thorough checkup and found that everything was in good working order, suggesting a few available options.
