Called for a repair and was told we needed to replace all the unit for 20k. Called for a second opinion he fixed for 300. Do you research

A great experience with this company as it was first time for needed repair service on my furnace. The staffing was super great, friendly, respectful and courteous. Two week follow up inspection for the leak stop that was applied after I had reduced capacity due the low refrigerant. Allowed me to observe the process an answered all my questions. Noel was thorough and pleasant.

This was the first time I used Burnside. I was able to schedule a timely appointment. The appointment went exactly as described when it was scheduled. The technician called about 15 minutes ahead of his arrival. He was courteous and wore his mask and shoe coverings at all times. He identified the problem quickly and repaired it within minutes. He explained the pricing and details of what I owed. I mentioned to him that I was interested in purchasing their annual maintenance agreement and he went over details/benefits and applied the related discounts to my service. I was very satisfied with the service I received.

We had Burnside come out to provide us with AC maintenance work. Our technician, Benny was an absolute professional. He was extremely knowledgable and guided us through the entire process.
