As always professional quality friendly staff came for a plumbing repair. Monica and Chance were very competent and knowledgeable and completed the job in a short amount of time. They explained the issue and made some suggestions for future equipment. I appreciated their comments. Job well done!

We had issues with the heater kicking on and the tech found issues with the wiring at furnace and at the outside unit. He was very quick with the repairs. We love using Weeks as they are always punctual, professional, courteous & honest.

Might be a good place to get an overcharged quote for HVAC work but they're a joke of an employer. Used my wife to create a needed position they promised to her then completely ghosted. Hopefully the quality of their work is better than the integrity of the staff.

Adrian came right on time. He replaced the front porch light, dining room chandelier and repaired an electrical issue caused by another company in no time!! He was so nice and professional. Thanks! I will definitely use WEEKS again.

Weeks Service Company exceeded all my expectation’s today. I called to make an appointment to have a dimmer switch installed in my dining room. The tech arrived within a few hours. Adrian completed the job, explained what he was doing and answered all questions. He did great work. He is very professional and is an excellent ambassador for his company. The cost was reasonable. I will definitely use Weeks again and strongly recommend them to others.

Very disappointed in what we thought was a local reputable company. 132 dollars to have someone come out just to tell us that our blower needs to be replaced. Couldn't tell me the part number, couldn't tell me if it caused any leaks, couldn't tell me if we needed freon, never even looked at the unit outside. Then wants to charge us an additional 300 just to order the part that he couldn't tell me the part number for, plus part cost, plus labor. Ended up calling the warranty company as well as a recommended place for the part number WE looked up, and the part is available now. Make sure you do your homework before using this company. We would of spent a fortune had we'd of not known better.

Just regular system maintenance today, but as always they notified me when they were on the way to my house which I really like, and Travis got right to work. Very professional and friendly. With these temps nobody wants their A/C to go out!

George and Bryan came by today because I was hearing a “rattle” in the a/c system. They checked off several possibilities in a systematic order and finally discovered it was just the exchange vent/filter that was rattling. Huh! Something so simple! BTW George and Bryan were great. So friendly and professional.

The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He completed the maintenance and explained to me what was done and what he found. I was pleased with the service provided.
