Weeks Service Company

This company was so sweet and amazing they came in and saved the day for us we loved the service. The dispatcher was so sweet and she was so helpful in the time of need. The technician they sent out was fast and efficient he was so helpful and nice I recommend this company to family and friends.

Great response time-thoroughly professional service technician-diagnosed the problem quickly-had the necessary equipment in his vehicle-fixed it immediately. We have been with Weeks for about 20 years and have always been taken care of completely and timely.

We had an after hours issues with our A/C. Garrett arrived less than an hour after we called and repaired it promptly. We ALWAYS get great service from Week's but Garrett was exceptional.

Had a soft-start module installed on our 4T A/C compressor due to getting a new generator. Jordan and the receptionist were awesome. Very knowledgeable and super polite. We’ve been with Weeks for 15+ years and couldn’t be happier.

While he was later then the time window I was told he was running late so that was fine. When he arrived he was quick and efficient. He was very pleasant and got the cold air flowing!

Weeks replaced a backyard water hydrant for me and then checked for leaks! The repair man was on time, efficient, and very professional and polite. I might add they scheduled me the same day I called and there were some who gave me a 2 week wait time.

I tried another place, they wanted me to get a whole new ac unit over 10,000.00 and so I decided to get a second opinion. I'm glad I did. It just needed a new capacitor and was only $200. Thank you Weeks!

I've been with Weeks for more than 20 odd years. Never had better service. Love Jordan Rife when he came to our new home. Very thoughtful and thorough. Saw some things the Builder|Hvac company missed. Wouldn't use anyone else. Had a whole house system put in our other home...they are the only ones I would call. Old or new home, they are the best.

I have been living in my home for nearly 12 years. The central air/heat was replaced some four or five years before I moved in. That would make my AC close to or past time to replace.

Even though I have been using Weeks for scheduled maintenance and the occasional repair they weren't the only ones that recommended replacement.

They are scheduled to replace the AC/Furnace next Thursday and Friday. I'll keep you informed of the progress and final results.

Annual check under service agreement, and plumbing check.
