Unfortunately we had a bad experience with this company and will not be working with them again. Service technician was rude and caused more issues than he fixed. Wish I could say differently, but we ended up just wasting our money and having to find another company to fix the issue correctly.

My clothes dryer stopped heating. George identified the problem right away, had the part on his truck and got me fixed up right away. Very professional and explained everything to me. Would highly recommend.

.(original)I gave them the 3 stars because a live person answered the phone ...but not 5 because they are not very flexable about repairs and though they did have what part i was looking for it was 3-4 times the cost of what i could order it from another vendor
