Excellent service. After waiting 2 days (in the heat) for the first company to at least call to schedule a visit to look at our a/c unit, the warranty company provided us with Elite A/C. They were so quick to respond and come out to fix our issue. Chris was very friendly and helpful on the phone. The technician, Dairin, was excellent as well. Thank you helping us keep our "cool".

Extremely happy with our technician and service! Our AC went out overnight and Travis was at our house within an hour of making the 9am phone call the next morning. The lady that took my call was so sweet and helpful too and handled arranging the appointment. Travis found the issue and repaired it with all the supplies he had on hand and was just very knowledgeable, polite and professional. This was our first AC issue and I am so thankful to now have an HVAC expert to call anytime we have an issue.

Pros and cons. Travis is a good person and a solid A/C tech. Unfortunately the owner - his father - is not interested in working to truly diagnose and repair difficult problems with A/C's. I have a home warranty - by design - they are the worst ... but companies like Elite sign up for this. Warranty companies band-aid issues rather than assertively addressing them. I have an intermittent problem. Elite insisted that I have my coils cleaned before they would even return to further diagnose my issue. This was on a Saturday and my AC was completely out. They quoted me $300 to clean the coils in both of my systems. I had this done with a different company for less on Sunday. The day they were coming out, Monday - I was called to confirm the time. I told the office manager what was going on and she logically instructed me to turn the system OFF. When they came, and turned the system back on...by the way it was 79 degrees in my master bedroom at this time -- the unit kicked on and slowly brought the temp down. Again, an intermittent issue. This morning, system is not cooling again. I call back and they say they will schedule me for 8 to noon tomorrow. Mind you, I have already spent 12 to 5 yesterday waiting for them with no result because the system appeared to be working when they came out. After this call, the owner called me...this call didn't go well because he refused to believe that his son told me there was obviously a major problem with my AC, but he couldn't fix it unless it was actively failing when he was there...again...their office told me to turn the system off before they came and it is an intermittent problem that seems to occur when the system gets hot. After going through all of this, they have now refused to come back out at all because I'm too difficult to deal with. Yes..I am difficult. I'm frustrated and HOT. It's July in Houston Texas. At any rate, use at your own risk of extreme frustration and being refused service for being difficult - in other words, they don't stand to make enough money for it to be worth their time -- especially if you are smart enough to have any sense about what is actually going on with your system, are a woman, and/or have a home warranty. Beware.

I called at 3pm on Thursday and they were out at 8am the next day, submitted the case to the home warranty company by 1, the home warranty company called me at 2pm, Elite called me on Monday morning to schedule for Tuesday at 7am! Amazing service! Elite really stepped up and did what they had to get me taken care of.

My AC stopped cooling on 4/24/2022 at night. Put in service request about 4 am received call about 6:45 am. Travis came out found the problem within 5 minutes. Pulled the run capacitor and replaced it. Nice and cool now. I would highly recommend this company.

Elite A/C handles many home warranty claims, and in my case the issue didn't fall under the home warranty, but part was still covered under the manufacture warranty. Travis was a very capable and polite technician, he got me blowing cold in no time and returned the next day with warranty part to install.

Great communication, great service, just be aware of what is covered under your home warranty, not everything is.

Elite came out the same day we called for service through 2-10 home Warranty. Travis was polite and he thoroughly explained everything in easy to understand terms. He found a small issue which he repaired quickly and at no extra cost, the warranty covered everything. Very professional and it was nice he didn't try to hard sell us a new system. Excellent overall.

SO-- I have used Elite AC and Heat for the last 10 years and they are a really great company. Tim and Travis are on my home team. When I needed to go on a business trip and something went wrong with my home AC-- they went over to fix it. When I need a small job done-- I just call Chris in the office and she sends someone over. Since they have been our AC folks for so long-- just today they came and put in a brand-spanking new system from outside units to the ductwork-- they did it all! Thank you crew for replacing my AC and bringing my 20 year up to code -- We value your service and our relationship over the years. Thanks so much

When our warranty company assigned us to Elite AC & Heat, we were a little worried after looking up the reviews. However, when the technician (Travis) arrived, he was completely competent, professional, and friendly. He diagnosed our problem and had it fixed very quickly. He even explained a few things to us about our AC that we had questions on, as new and somewhat clueless homeowners. Thank you, Travis and Elite AC and Heat!

I had called Air innovations, llc at 6:18 am on a Tuesday and talked to an operator and gave her my AC issues and address and I have the 2-10 home warranty. So I am thinking at this time Air innovations will be here because they back my warrant and Elite DOES NOT. Travis did an awesome job explaining the inadequacies of my new 3 month old home, extra small HVAC unit, low insulation in the attic all the issues that come with a $247000.00 house imagine that for a moment... I was upset when I got the bill for $150.00 because the house is only 3 months old. So I decided to call the sales rep with Colina homes Steve Dyer and he told me I should of called Air innovations and they would of fixed it for free....... imagine that for a moment, so now I am trying to get a refund from my builder and air innovations for setting me up with Elite instead of Air innovations. How did I get with Elite when I called Air innovations this is a mystery as of now. Still writing dirty emails to get my refund.
