Great service, always has parts that I need. Staff are professional and courteous everytime I visit them. Highly recommend this business for all your HVAC supplies and needs!
Currently Texas is experiencing an unprecedented freeze across the state, along with long power outages. I had a 24v transformer fail on my furnace and am unable to heat my home for my 3 small children and 83yr old grand mother.
This store how ever will not sell me the parts needed to repair my furnace because they only sell to contractors. Even if I wanted to hire a contractor to make the repairs, there is no way I can get one to come out with demand surging right now. I am sure the store will respond with some BS about why they can not sell to the public. Mean while I can order the parts needed off the internet with no problems. Unfortunately they will almost certainly be delayed, good news is another dealer down the street had no problem selling me what I needed.
So during an unprecedented winter storm this store left their community and neighbors to fend for themselves. The store had power and employees working when I arrived, I also had cash in hand in case the credit card system was down. Yet they turned me away to drive around Houston in an ice storm.
I can't wait for their lame a$$ reply explaining why they can't sell to the public. Their competitor down the street can open their business with no power and accept my cash and sell to the public. This is just another con to force people to hire repair services. Houston has one of the most highly skilled work forces in the country. Many of our citizens have the skills to make simple repairs. I can repair complex electrical systems in refineries but Century A/C Supply says I need a license to buy a 24v transformer.
Josh Virginia everybody that works there is great they will go above and beyond making sure you have what you need for your job. Keep up the good work because we need yall.
Good variety of products, helpful and knowledgeable staff, conveniently located, branches throughout the GHA really helps get you out of a pinch to provide excellent service for your customer also the after hours service is amazing for those unexpected calls thanks Century
Those are the main reason AC tech take advantage of people in USA specially in Texas By hidding the price of the AC parts and make it like military secrets it's disgusting Negative five
