Eric and his team were very professional, and friendly . They were careful to lay out rugs as to not dirty my floors and cleaned up afterwards. They replaced my condenser and AC coil working in the attic and outside. Thank you for the great service.

Our Tech, Travis, came out and replaced the blower motor in the attic. Travis really knows A/C systems and he did an excellent job fixing our system. I would recommend Travis and Elite in the future hands down

This is a horrible company that HWA Home Warranty sent out. The owners us RUDE and his son the "HELPER" has not one frkn clue what he is doing, he just gets bossed around by the dad like a dog. This man came to my house straight into my attic and started making a whole bunch of noises hitting and banging on things and then he comes down and says "ma'am all that banging was me trying to open up to see the evaporator coils" he said that my coils were filthy and full of mold, i had the whole system brand new for 6 months! he said he could not do anything else until i did maintenance to my coils and for him to do that it would be 300 dollars out of my pocket. He barely checked the unit outside and he said my unit was overcharged with freon and he needed to uncharged it and recharge it and he was going to have to charge me 30 dollars for each liter!! He then go on the phone with the warranty company and walked away hiding what he was telling and came back and was writing nonstop on this notes on what was wrong w my ac. I asked him to please give me a copy and give me a summary of what all is wrong and his reply was "ma'am i already explained, you did not listen or understand is not my problem, call your warranty company and have them explain it to you" at that point i was irritated, i just ok whatever, then he said are you paying check or cash i said check and he said that was unacceptable do to the wrong address on the check and i said well that's all i have and then he said "just forget it ill just let the warranty company deal with you"....later that day i called my uncle who works for an AC company and he and his team came out and checked it out and he said my coils were perfect not filthy or moldy and the man from home warranty didn't even open the door because it was still factory sealed. They checked my unit outside and they said there was a piece missing that wasn't allowing my unit to work well. they got the piece and placed it in and BAM my ac starts blowing cold air right then and there. They uncharged my freon and added new freon and they only charge me $80 total!!!!! They said that have heard of Elite ac/heating and that they are scam artist and to NEVER make business with them. They doubt that the guy is even certify ac tech. THIS IS A HORRIBLE BUSINESS AND I WILL TELL ANYONE AND EVERYONE ABOUT IT INCLUDING BBB!!

My neighbor called his home warrenty service and this company came out. Very rude and has a very smart mouth. Got into an argument with him over a simple question of why is the freon low. His reply was "I don't know...are you a service tech?".....after a few more words exchanged....his comments included " I've been to jail and I don't have a problem going back". I strongly suggest NOT to have this company ever fix anything of yours! Also, if you have a warrenty service please ask what company is being called and their reviews.

This is one of the Best AC businesses I've had the pleasure of using. Mrs. Chris, Mr. Tim and my service Tech Travis took really great care of me and my family on a hot Sunday morning before church. I am a very pleased customer. We need more companies like this.

This was a great company. I was assigned them through my warranty and they came out the same day. They found the issue in my air handler fast and their prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Yes, I just hang up the phone with the MAN, he is very rude! I never met, My A/C not working now is in July 2016, in League city Texas, we have warranty, he said not cover, ok, we can pay you, just go head fix. first visit charge $700, changed SOMETHING, but left , not Working, so I have to call second time come, and got SOMETHING done, still not working charge $1100, looks they are not knowledgeable, weekend Still Not working, very hot we have go to hotel. called not answer, left message not call back, July 4, is Monday, call on Tuesday, somebody answered phone very rude!! trash company!!!!!, final we have call another person fix it, very simple problem, spent just $50 dollar. let all world know this is TRASH A/C company(ELITE)...... can I just minus star!!!

Don't use these guys. He told me it was an igniter box problem. I had a friend of the family look at it and he said it was only a ground wire issue. 15 minutes work. He said even if it was the igniter box the part couldn't be over $100.00 and 15 minutes work. He said the company was crazy for changing that price! The guy came out and charged me for a diagnostic $69.00 and would not itemize the repairs but lumped it up as a $439.00 repair. I asked him to show me the part and he refused to do it but then I told him that is part of the diagnostics I was going to pay him for. He slso said I needed a new furnice.

We recently purchased a house with an AC unit that was new in late 2015. Elite told us it uses the old R22 freon and the inside/outside unit should be replaced with the newer R410A model. I looked at the specification tags on the AC units and it says R410A. Got someone else to come out and they helped us transfer the warranty and fixed it for a few hundred dollars. Wow........really?

Travis the repair technician was a very polite hard working guy. He fixed everything on time, and explained to us properly what was wrong with our system.
