We have been calling Matt and his team for the past 3 years or so for our 2 units at our residence. The Lennox outside units are old (2006 and 2010) and limping along. Matt has come by each time (probably 6-7 times by now) to fix various issues ranging from capacitors to cracked fans to fried circuit breakers to cleaning and prolonging our system. Its on its last leg today but he topped off our upstairs R-22 and informed us that we need to start looking at replacement options. I fully intend to use Matt and Victory Comfort Solutions going forward. And not to mention he ALWAYS makes room for you and is communicative throughout. Great guy, great team, great company.

I've used Victory Comfort Solutions twice for a/c installation. Both times they were able to assess what needed to be done the same day, and were doing the new installs within 2 days. Matt and his team are very professional and the quality of their work was excellent. I'll also add that the cost was very reasonable and I was given alternatives to consider before chosing the best strategy. I highly recommend them.

We’d been limping along for several years on an ancient a/c unit and it finally bit the dust on a Thursday. Called Matt at Victory A/C and he was out in just a few hours. Diagnosed the problem and while it was still repairable I knew it was time to go ahead and replace. He worked me into his schedule and by Saturday had me up and running in only about half a day. His technicians were professional and courteous. They covered their boots with paper slip-ons each time they came into the house. They laid down blankets from the front door all the way to the attic door. They even helped me remove an old water heater that had sat in my attic for a year because it was too heavy for me to get down. Matt was up front and transparent and went over all my options and prices. Highly recommend Victory A/C.

These guys are incredible. I've had heating problems, cooling problems, leaks, you name it. They have always been there for me and my family. They are responsive and respectful. I trust their professionalism and honesty. Some AC companies are out there trying to get everything out of you that they can, these guys just want to help. I strongly recommend them.

Reliable, Professional, Great Service. They have come to the rescue this summer! An emergency situation with my house over 80 degrees & they came the very same day to help us out until we could get everything fixed. I would 100% recommend them anytime! Thank you for all of your help!

Super helpful and timely team. They fixed my AC last summer, and had to disconnect the heater from the thermostat until I got a new one (it was blowing both heat and cool at the same time). Well it's winter and I still hadn't replaced it, but he was happy to talk me through how to reconnect my heater over the phone for no charge.

We had two units installed. They explained everything about the units. They were punctual and stayed till their job was complete. We will be using them for the yearly maintenance. Thank you.

I highly recommend Matt & his crew! They don’t beat around the bush and give you nothing but honesty. Great pricing with great work to back it. Even brought out window units to keep us cool until the installation was complete. Only one that called back during the weekend heat. You all went above and beyond!! I called Victory out to repair my AC. A good friend gave me their number. Matt came out and repaired my AC quickly and Professionally. I am extremely happy with Victory's service and price. I will always call Victory to repair my AC. I highly recommend Victory.

Update: So I left an excellent review (see below) when I first dealt with Matt. Since then, I have used him for issues with our A/C in our current home and he is currently installing a complete HVAC system in our new home we are building. Matt is probably the most trustworthy person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He truly cares about what he does and wants to make his customers happy. He has been so easy to deal with during such a stressful process of building a house by owner.

1st review: So glad I found this company! We needed to replace the entire A/C system at one of our rental properties and had three different companies come out to give us a quote. Matt was great. He was professional and honest and gave us several options to choose from that fit our budget. His prices were competitive and fair and his crew did the job quickly and efficiently. Matt went above and beyond to take care of our tenants while the job was being done. Our tenants are so happy with the new system.
