The tech was timely. He quickly assessed the issue and made the repairs. My only issue was the $99 service call charge. This cost should go toward the actual bill.

Weeks was nice enough to make a special trip to my area to change out a hot water heater. They ordinarily don’t service the Humble area, but after asking, they made a special trip. They were extremely fast, same day to be exact.

We had several companies come out to quote us on new HVAC and new ductwork installation in our 40+ year old home, but Weeks was the only company to tell us that our furnace flue vents were very outdated and not up to code. Looking at our neighbors houses we could see they all had the newer vents that aren't able to be blocked by birds nests or debris, but we wouldn't have realized this on our own. We had Weeks do the whole job new flue pipes included and they did amazing work. Out of four companies we had quotes from one was cheaper than Weeks, but we are very satisfied with the quality and execution of the work done. They even set up for the city to come inspect and confirm that everything is up to code. They stand behind their work and they had the best warranties that we had seen from any hvac company. The guys on the job were also very nice and professional, and kept us informed the whole four days that the job took to complete. We're very happy!

Eddie answered the phone when I called the after hours line. He kept me informed as to how long he was going to be and showed up within that time frame. He found the issue but did a quick system check to make sure there wasn't other issues. He fixed the problem and got my dad's AC back up and running in a short time.
