The tech just left. I had them visit to make sure things are ok. They were on time and checked the system. The tech gave advice for filter replacement and informed me the system could use a cleaning. I then asked if he could go ahead and clean the system and was told it would be too expensive because he had to charge me hourly, however, if I bought a service plan, I could call the office and schedule a cleaning. I scheduled an appointment for today, the tech is in my home, tells me he cannot do the cleaning and that I can pay the service fee today for the visit, then another 220 dollars for a service plan, then call HQ and have another visit from another tech and schedule time off work again. This is poor customer service and I now can't help but wonder what if anything was done to my system. Will not be using them again.

The service technician Chris was very professional and knowledgeable of his job. He was very informative of other maintenance services that are available in maintaining your A/C and HVAC units.

I received outstanding service from Rey Garcia of the Weeks Service Company. He was on time, professional, super efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. He fixed 4 different significant electrical issues in under 90 minutes. The pricing was transparent and reasonable. I would certainly use Weeks ago if I had an electrical issue.

The AC unit went out completely while I was Petsitting at this home. Y’all came out in quickly install two window units, which kept the house cool can you quickly came to install everything within the next two days! Great service and the workers were very polite

A/C went out on the weekend and we were afraid no one would be able to service it. This company was very responsive and had someone out within a few hours. The tech was very professional and was able to fix our problem in one visit. We felt the price was very reasonable for services performed. It was finally time to replace our aging HVAC system. We decided to go with Weeks for several reasons even though their bid was quite a bit higher. Here’s why:
1. The bid/estimate process was smooth and thorough. From appointment scheduling, clearly communicating arrival time, to the very thorough assessment of our HVAC needs, to the very detailed estimate we received within hours.
2. Professional, polite, respectful and knowledgeable staff. This included everyone from the office to every technician that came to our home. Attention to detail is something that stood out to us.
3. Warranty: we received 12 years on parts and labor. Other bids were 10 years parts, 1 year labor.
4. Stability: Weeks has been around for many years. We don’t worry they won’t be around should we have any issues down the road.
We are very pleased with how the entire process went and highly recommend this company!
