Weeks Service Company

When our water heater went out, I called several places and was having issues finding someone who could come out the same day. I had one but wanted a second quote. When I reached out to Weeks, they at first said they couldn't help me for a couple of days. A few minutes later a manager called me back (Melanie) after looking back at their call history and finding my number! She thought she could rearrange things to get someone to me the same day. Not only did she find someone but she also managed to send someone with the plumber along with a new water heater, so if I decided to take their quote, they could install right then. Their price was very fair ($400 less than the other bid!) We had a new heater in just a couple of hours. Very pleased with this business! Josh and Randy were extremely professional and respectful of our home. They worked efficiently and had the job done quickly. Will definitely use them again any time we have issues they can help with.

My AC failed last week and I called Weeks company for emergency visit. Supposedly they can come within 10 hours, but didn't but the next emergency appointment they gave me was 5 days later. After buying the part from them for $500 and waiting for several hours for them to show up, they told me first that the technician had a flat tire. Then when the technician finally called he said he was not coming because we bought the part ourselves, even though the part was purchased from their own store few days before. Cannot return the part and they won't come for service. This is the worst company. They lie and waste your time and money. Will not use them ever again.

The technician Raymon Bello that came to my house to service my AC was kind, courteous and personable. He completed his work in a timely manner and explained everything he did, along with some tips to keep everything running smoothly. I have been using Weeks Services for a few years now and they never disappoint. Thank you so much for the great service.

We have the annual maintenance agreement with Weeks. Well worth it. Our AC went out this 90 degree Houston morning. Replacement of a starter capacitor was performed. From the time I called them to the time it was fixed was 3 hours and 10 minutes. Well pleased with Weeks.

Weeks sent two electricians to my house to install a disconnect for a mini split as well as trouble shoot a few other issues. They were both incredibly professional and knowledgeable. I will use them again in the future!

Our technician, Eddie, was absolutely amazing. He had our ac up and running in no time at all. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Weeks and Eddie!

Helped to unclog numerous drain lines and helped me get a game plan together to install a proper drainage system. Monica is great, too. Will likely use them for everything going-forward.

Blake came out to do our summer service call and he went above and beyond to let me know that the ac cord that led into the breaker box was loose. He was on-time, polite and very professional!

They are a good quality business, but had to reschedule after waiting for 2 hrs. After taking off work and they did not show when they said they would. I called back and told them I could not wait any longer due to a doctors appt. So if you need a quick window don't expect it to met. They had to come out on Saturday to perform the job. The Tech was very friendly and performed maintenance on my unit. No cleaning was done just replacing the air cleaner control board due to it not working properly.

Weeks did a complete electric breaker box change out. Installed all new panel, breakers, related equipment, and completely reorganized all electric circuits and wiring. Weeks did a superior professional job quickly, and at a cost effective price. This is why I have used Weeks for 30+ years.
