Weeks Service Company

We have used Weeks several times over the past 20 yrs for several ac/heating and plumbing needs. They are very honest, reliable and do a very good job for a reasonable price. Unlike many of their competitors, they also do not try to push their clients to add other unnecessary services. - Thank you for sending Chance today to fix several plumbing problems. He was very professional and did a very good job. We will definitely use Weeks in the future.

They were great. He was thorough & knowledgeable & spent a lot of time servicing our unit. He explained what the problems were. He offered to set an appointment for someone to come out to talk about a new system. He was not pushy at all which made me feel comfortable about using them in the future

I was surprised to find that, in addition to A/C work, Weeks can also provided licensed pros for electrical and plumbing work. They've just completed running power to my garage for an electrical vehicle charging station. Spencer and Shelby did the work and were both very professional. They were on time, worked efficiently, provided exactly what I wanted, and did it at a very reasonable price. Definitely five-star service.

I have used Weeks for all of my A/C repairs and maintenance. They are always super friendly and professional. James was my technician and he was very friendly and very helpful. He fixed the problem quickly and made sure everything was running smoothly. The customer service is outstanding!

Our a/c went out recently and I decided to give WEEKS a try. I called at 330pm, a technician was here by 515pm and our a/c was working by 530pm. They even called to update me on the technicians arrival once he was running slightly later than initially expected. They cost was very reasonable and the tech was super knowledgeable and courteous. I will definitely be using them in the future. .

The technician was very knowledgeable and let me ask a lot of questions. He was performing an annual maintenance and noticed a blower speed issue the company who installed the unit missed. The technician corrected this issue quickly and for no additional charge. He recommended some other improvements to consider, but did not push me to immediately decide. I feel like this was really good value for the money.

They came out and gave me a very reasonable quote on replacing the tankless water heater in my attic. Giving them the job, based on their service record, public reviews & ratings, was pretty much a "no brainer". They did have to go about 80+ miles to get a suitable replacement unit, but they were at my door with it the next morning shortly before 8am and before noon I had hot water again! The gentlemen Weeks sent to my home were very personable, conscientious, and professional; and they took the time to put down runners so as not to damage my flooring which I thought was a thoughtful touch. Based on this experience, I would not hesitate to call on them again.

Travis was an amazing tech! Not only was I able to get next day service, but they were able to bump up my scheduled time. I've only used Weeks twice, but I've been super pleased with both visits.

I had a whole house water re-pipe done about 2 weeks ago. I was not going to write a review but decided it was best to give information to "Weeks" so these issues won't happen on the next job. I do have to say that the job was well done. I had a couple of problems after they finished.

That evening I decided to wash some clothes. When the cycle was done I went down stairs to put the clothes in the dryer. I found a bid puddle of soapy water. I checked to see what the problem was and found the drain hose was not put in the drain hole. Lucky that my washer is in my garage. I put the hose in the drain hole and cleaned the water up.

The next problem I had was when I went to use my gas oven/stove it would not light or come on. It was dark but I went to gas meter with a flashlight and found the valve was closed on the incoming gas. I opened the valve and waited to see if I could smell any leaks, I could not. So I was able to use the the oven to cook my dinner.

The next issue is a pile of insolation was left in my garage.
The insolation should have been put back or hauled off if reinstalling was not needed.

Other than these things the job was done well and I know things can sometimes be missed. These were only small problems since I was able to fix them.

I have been using Weeks for many years and they have done a great job for all my repair/service needs.

Had an emergency electrical issue with my house and Weeks was able to work us into their scdeule and made the repair the same day. Electrician was knowledgeable and fix the issue quickly. Thanks Weeks!
