Every single time I have needed my AC serviced or repaired, each time I've had an electrical problem at my home DEANE'S has not only corrected the problem, but have responded quickly to my call. This is a company that takes pride in their work and believes in great customer service.I would absolutely recommend this crew to my family and friends without hesitation.

Saved the day for me. Awakened to find out my A/C had quit working during the night.. I was scheduled to leave for the U.K. that afternoon with a house sitter on the way. When I explained this to Mr. Deane he came very quickly and found my compressor was shot.. He made a trip to Austin and back for the compressor and had it installed and working 30 minutes before I needed to leave. Great Service and I would highly recommend them.

There is not enough space on the internet for me to express my gratitude for Deane's Electric ! Our electric pole fell and Mr . Deane took care of it right away. He went out of his way to get a new pole for us , helped his guys dig the hole for it and made sure Oncor turned my power back on immediately. All this was done within about 4 hours . This happened last week and the only reason I took so long to give them kudos is because the phone company is not as efficient as Deane's Electric and I just got my internet service restored . Thank you again to John Deane and his crew , they are a true asset to our community.

This company is exceptional in every way. Dylan, our assigned electrician, is reliable, diligent, courteous, knowledgeable and a strong communicator. He performed all work in a timely, accurate, professional manner. Audrey, the front office manager, sets the tone for customer service excellence. And, John, the Journeyman level lead, took time to come by to meet us and survey what was needed alongside Dylan.

This company is amazing! I lost power to half of my house and after Deane electric came out they told me the problem was with the meter. I called the owners of the meter for 2 days and they came out twice and didnt listen and wouldnt fix it. The owner of Deane electric, as well as the tech who came to my house and the receptionist were all extremely helpful in getting everything repaired. They have made countless phone calls, checked on us often and were just extremely helpful and amazing through the whole ordeal. I dont know how long we will be in Texas, but I know as long as I am in this area I will never go through anyone else. Thank you!

Was really surprised at how fast this job went. Called and talked to John and he was so nice and very helpful... The same day I called, Chris came out, really nice guy also. Looked at what was needed, got my price which was a lot cheaper then I had thought. Said ok, lets do it and the next morning Chris and John (different John BTW) were here and in a couple of hours or so they were finished. Came in and checked to be sure everything was working properly and Chris even offered to clean the mess the duct work made in the floors inside my house. WOW.. If I need any more done I will be calling them back and will pass it on to any friends that need work done... Thank you for your kindness and for your work.

The service person was fast and friendly and had the part on hand we needed. He even gave us some advise about our AC unit.

However, we were told they would have someone at the house within an hour and a half but it took closer to 3 before he got there.

Also, it is difficult to get the office to call back if you leave a message. Our unit went out again the following week and I needed to talk to someone but no one was there so I left a message. Never received a return call. Had to fix the issue ourselves.

Deane Electric is wonderful. They did a wonderful job and was the most professional and friendly people. John and Dillion were fantastic. I will always call them when I need a great electrician.

Deane’s been my go to A/C and heating guy for years. He always does a great job and has reasonable prices. Never had an issue with any of his work.
