Deane Electric and Air Conditioning has maintained our American Standard home Heat/AC system for many years. They are always honest, friendly and professional. Recently our AC stopped working. The techs, Gene, Arturo and owner John Deane explained exactly what they were doing as they tried to find a work around due to delays in part shipments. But in the end got the necessary part and installed it quickly. The dispatcher was very helpful and friendly. She followed up on questions and information requests. Great company! John clearly cares about his customers and goes the extra mile to help solve their heating and AC issues. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional. John Deane and his employees at Deane Electric were first and foremost knowledgeable, and very hospitable! They installed the systems for our church without any delay. We are still using our system and it is quite good for our congregation!

UPDATE March 2017 - THEY ARE STILL NUMBER ONE in my book. If we have an issue, they are here within 24 hours to fix it! That's what I'm talking about!

The installation went smoothly. No damage to home due to the care that went into the work. We are definitely pleased and will have them do other work in our home.

My Nest doorbell required higher voltage to be able to stream video. My technician was Billy. He was communicative, on time and super efficient. He located the elusive transformer and was able to provide the needed voltage to get my doorbell camera up and running! Thanks Billy!
