First and foremost, I’m impressed with the communication and attitude of both Dean and Mike. Deane answered questions over the phone and Mike was able to get our electricity working quickly! Their positive attitude is what really impressed me. Very courteous, helpful and timely. Thank you Deane Electric for the pleasant experience during this frustrating time for us!!!

John is hands down the best AC and Electric guy around. Every time I call his office, panicking over water leaking out of my AC or thing going haywire, he always takes the time to help out BEFORE ever attempting to make a service call.

If it ends up being something a phone call can't fix, his teams are always on time and professional when coming out to my home.

Great service and pricing but damn, I was scheduled for 9 AM I didn’t get someone out to my place till 1115 AM. Had to call the dispatcher and ask her when they’re almost near. The technician and the service he provided was great though, I just think a courtesy call should have been made

Office personnel on the call and technician who came out to resolve my issue were very professional and to the point! My fan and motor was broken on my central unit. The cost was very reasonable. Great Job, great service, great value!

We have an older home and opted to have our entire AC unit moved from the first floor closet to the attic. Deane Electric & A/C installed a new top of the line HVAC unit in our attic in a timing manner. It was a large job and took several days. We are very happy with our new AC and heating. It's like the house is brand new again!

OMG. I called mid-morning and received same day service! The pricing was fair - actually great. Dueno did an outstanding job replacing one switch and two outlets. Needless to say, I am impressed and highly recommend Deane Electric.

Very knowledgeable personnel who work here. Called them about an inspection, and figure out what ONCOR was talking about for this business needed an inspection before they can connect power to the building. He told me that because we are the first clients of the building it is necessary to get the inspection and he even billed it to the landlords of the building because it should have been done.

Today I had a young man come out to my home from Dean Electric & AC.. His job performance and then knowledge given was excellent. They also called ahead a time before their employee was coming out.
