My warranty company sent Tolly's to my house for an A/C problem. James came out to my house and said the capacitor was bad and left to get a new one. He came back and said the compressor was bad after swapping the capacitor and provided an invoice for $2,300. They he said they needed the money up front for the part before they would order it. I thought that seemed a little off so I called another company for a second opinion. They said someone hooked up the capacitor wrong, put in a new capacitor and the compressor worked just fine. Not sure if Tollys made a mistake or was trying to scam me but I saved about $1,800 by getting that second opinion.

James was able to determine the issue over the phone and help me get it heating again until he could come for the repair. He was able to work me in to a cancelation spot even earlier than scheduled. He showed up with the correct parts and repaired it while fixing the issues the last repair people created. We were very impressed with his customer service.

NO STARS!! Horrible, awful service! I don't think they are actually a real company. They were assigned to do a repair on our heating system through our warranty company. My first red flag was they did not call us to set up the service. When I called the warranty company back, they said their contractors have 48 hours to set up an appointment, but that we could call them ourselves. I called and was told someone would call to set up the service. A guy shows up at our house in his own personal vehicle, with no tools, and proceeds to rattle around in our attic for thirty minutes. He comes down, saying the problem with our furnace was a shorted out switch and they would order the part. He gave me no time frame for when the part would come in, but assured me the heat would work because he had overridden the switch. Nope. No heat. It was down to 55 degrees in our house at this time. I tried to be patient, cold but patient, so I waited until Thursday to call and find out what was going on. The lady I spoke with said the part was ordered, but it typically took three days to come in. Okay, fine. She said they would call me Friday when the part came in to set up the service call. No one called. I waited until Tuesday, called them, and the person I spoke with had no idea what I was talking about, but assured me someone would call me back. I gave them three hours to return my phone call, then called the home warranty people. They are sending someone else, a week and a half later. If your warranty company tries to set you up with these losers, just say no. They are not going to fix anything, but your check will be cashed within 24 hours. Never again.

Tolly's A/C & Refrigeration is a SCAM! My warranty company uses this company for repairs. If I had my choice, I would never use this company. This company is quick to complete the initial service call, taking your $60 service fee and cashing the check immediately. However, I have waited 13 weeks for the actual repair, and all I get is a run-around from Tolly's. After numerous phone calls, including them hanging up on me and denying me service, my warranty company is now switching providers. Why is this company still in business??

Had a horrible horrible experience. We were assigned to Tolly's through our home insurance provider. Originally they came out quickly, but after diagnosing the problem and letting us know we would need a new part it went downhill quickly. After days of not hearing from them after originally being told they would be back in 2-3 days I was told they didn't have the part and didn't know when it would come in. Over a week later they still did't know and didn't even get a tracking number after I asked over and over. We were treated rudely every time we called and then they said it was mis-shipped. We could have known that on day 3 if they had actually followed up. Then the part they received was supposedly broken and they said they wouldn't order a new one until they received a refund on that part. So after almost 2 and a half weeks nothing. We told them not to come back and called a new company (KSR air out of Lampasas, TX). In 2 days, that's right, 2 days they came, diagnosed the problem, ordered the new part, received the new part, and installed it!

Never, ever, ever do business with Tolley's if you have any other choice.

If I could give this business negative I definitely would in a heart beat. This guy told us to pay $80 for coming out and looking to see what was wrong with our dish washer. Well he never called us back to come out and fix it. He said he would have the part in a week and it has been a month. Have not heard anything from him. I am in the process of reporting him right now. Stay clear of this business if you can. He also tried telling us that our dishwasher is fine even though it sounds like a machine in our kitchen. A very loud machine also.

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received via appliances service. First off the phone etiquette was disrespectful and rude. Then the appointments are according to strictly their way, with no consideration whatsoever for the customer, and when they finally do arrive to check out the problem they want their money first and the appliances have not been fixed yet. It has been 2 months and they have not notified us at all to let us know the parts have arrived and to come back to finish their job. I can not express how disappointing this one man "company" really is. Every review on here has told the truth, I have read them and tried to give them the benefit of a doubt because people are spiteful these days but nope every single review was and is telling the truth. Honestly if I could I would have left no star because of how disappointing this "company" is, smh!

Thank you to Tolly'a A/C for fixing our air conditioner. I called late in the day on a Thursday afternoon and they were out first thing Friday morning. The repairmen were professional and friendly and the office staff went above and beyond in dealing multiple times with our very frustrating home warranty company.

Terrible experience with this company. Our home warranty company sent them out and it went downhill from there. The female I spoke to after Mr. Tolly came out was extremely unprofessional and rude. Please call someone else! 0 stars

The worse service ever! I would never ever recomend this company to anyone! Their Service Manager came out for five minute and told me the system was working fine. I ask before he left if it was ok for me to check it and again it wasn't working at all. When I confronted him about it he told me oh well your gonna have to call tomorrow and we'll deal with it then. I explain to him that my kids are under two and can't handle this type of heat and he told me it wasn't his concern and the part that might fix it can take up to two weeks to order. Well, I cught him in a lie cause the next day I found a place with 10 of them in stock!
