Tolly's AC & Refrigeration

This place is very unprofessional, I will not recommend this to anyone Lg had set up an appointment with then if I would have known that they was this terrible in service I would have decline my service with them. They showed up without a call in advance to let me know they were coming and when I rescheduled they told me they couldn't wait on me to come which was 10minutes away horrible horrible service and to top it off they did not fix my refrigerator they ordered what they thought was wrong with it the next day the refrigerator stop cooling again.. do not waist your time and money on this company. If it had a 0 star I would chose it. The receptionist has an attitude very rude and wants to argue with a customer I've been In customer service for 7 years I've never treated my customers they way they have.

Tolly's has worked on my AC a couple time and it has always been professional and produced the desired results my wife and I expected. Whenever I have an AC problem he is the first person I can. Great Work!

My repairman was James, and he was both kind and knowledgeable. It took almost two weeks to get the parts, but the repair was done well.

The worst service ever!! They were contacted to do warranty work. The receptionist is the rudest person I have ever spoken with. Response time to the repair was unacceptable! I WARN YOU...do NOT use this company if you do not have to. How they are still in business I do not know.

He lied to my face about something as simple as freon. Smh
