Deane Electric and AC installed a new air conditioning system at our house 8 years ago. They did a good job. Since then we had only one issue and John Deane came and fixed it under warranty. He was very helpful and explained everything as he went. He was very professional.
I would highly recommend them for those who needed AC and heating service. And I would hire them again.

I contacted this business after seeing a TV commercial about installing a electrical transfer switch on my house so that I could use a back-up generator if I lost power. After my initial contact and estimate for this service I contracted with this business to complete the work I needed done. Their electricians showed up to complete the task on the date agreed upon and on time. They were very professional, friendly and kept me informed on every step of the installation by answering all my questions. The installation was completed in a timely manner and as far as my limited experience with electrical installation it looked to be a very professional installation. They then tested the equipment using my generator to ensure everything worked properly and also to inform me as to what my generator was capable of running in my house and what it would not run. They also informed me of the limits of the load I should place on the generator. Overall my experience with this business was excellent. Now here is the one thing that I was not pleased with in my dealings with this business. The transfer switch that was installed was not the switch that was shown in their tv ad. When I asked the technicians about this I was informed that they no longer used that brand because of supply issues with that company, which is all good since the switch they installed was of the same quality however I am of the opinion that this information is something I should have been notified about prior to agreeing to a contract with them. That being said I am satisfied with the switch they installed.

John and his crew are amazing. The receptionist is kind and friendly Patrick Jeff and JJ are amazing! They show up on time and very professional. I would highly recommend Deane Electric. If you want professional service this is your company!!!

Deane Electric sent 2 installers to upgrade my thermostat. The installation was a bit tricky, because of the old wiring and coloring of wires that was not according to the product instructions. It was obviously a frustrating task, but the guys remained calm and professional. Very pleasant and polite. The job was done, and they left no mess. It works perfectly. I am very happy with their service.

I called all around town, Deane was the only one able to do same day and on an emergency call. Josue was on time, very professional, and 100% straight up. He was able to identify the causes of the issues we were having and make the repairs same visit. Given the previous issues with this unit and being summer time, we were bracing for a hefty bill; not only did Josue get it fixed the same day, the final cost was far cheaper than previous repairs had us anticipating. Amazing service, amazing technician, this is our new go-to for AC work!

The service received from Dean’s Electric was very satisfactory and from all aspects very professional. Our air conditioning system was making a very loud blowing noise from the internal vents, the closer to the system the louder the noise. Dean’s Electric service man came and identified the problem within five minutes or less. He ordered the parts and returned in two days and now you can bailly hear the air blowing and the air is blowing much cooler. Great service and professionalism every time.

My service call was answered by the owner and coordinated with his team in a timely, friendly, and professional manner. The technician was outside for an hour or so before we even knew he was here and fixed the issue. We now have AC after 24 hours. All the other electricians couldn’t or wouldn’t come out anywhere from nine days - one month or more. Thank you John and Patrick. We appreciate both of you very much in these busy and hectic times.

Back in August of 2019, Deane electric and Ac installed our American Standard unit. About a year later our unit started leaking on a late weekend evening; we called John Deane. He explained he was out of town, but took the time to stay on the phone til our problem was resolved. He walked us through step by step on how to clear our drain line instead of making us wait until Monday. He didn’t even charge us for his time on the phone. Great service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a new unit or their AC fix.

I called Deane Electric and Air Condition to add an outdoor outlet and to install 2 floodlights. I received a well detailed, very reasonable quote via email in no time. Dylan and another electrician came and did a fantastic, very professional job. They were both very courteous and knowledgeable. They showed great respect to me and to my property. I have used this company three times so far for electrical work.. After yesterday's wonderful service , I will not be using anyone Else! I called in and got on the books as an emergency situation.
