    Our a/c went out in the hot summer and John Deane and his team were able to fix it quickly and keep it running for another season. It’s an older unit that we were worried we would have to replace, but that was thankfully postponed to the future ! We appreciate their prompt response to calls , and if one of his guys isn’t available, John himself makes sure it gets done. We have also had them install lighting at our dental office (Killeen Dental Group ) to replace some older fluorescents with new LED which work great and save money. Highly recommend.

    Called them late last night for for help with my furnace. John sent his tech out at 9pm with no complaints. Couldn't find the fix , so, I called him this morning and they had an HVAC tech here by 2pm. Found the problem and fixed it fast! Price was very reasonable. I have found my new company for ALL my HVAC needs.

    My A/C quit on Sunday evening, July 19, 2020. I immediately phoned three A/C repair/replace businesses. I was told by all that they could not do anything for a week to 10 days. I phoned my brother, Gerald DePriest and he recommended Deane Electric & Air Conditioning. I called Monday morning and John Deane was at my home in less than 10 minutes and said he could have our system replaced by Thursday. He loaned us an air conditioning window unit so I could put it in the bedroom of my son, who is autistic. The two techs, Paul and Richard, were polite and professional and were very sensitive to our needs. They got the entire job done in under four hours, replacing both our inside and outside units, and registered our new American Standard units with a two year warranty. I intend to use them for all electrical and A/C issues in the future.

    Great service from a top notch provider. Their tech was able to diagnose our issue in less than 5 minutes which had completely baffled three other companies, then he quickly took pertinent information on the part, completed his evaluation of the remaining AC equipment. The next day he gave us a quote ordered the part and scheduled the repair as soon as the part was available. He called us and let us know the part was in and that the repair would proceed as scheduled. Fast courteous we had the same tech the whole way through. He was on time punctual and responsive to our needs as customers, no variation on quoted price or times ever through two visits A+.

    Deane's installation of my new heating (and air conditioning) unit was painless - I also received excellent service after sale. Maintenance on my previous heating and air system was routinely kept by a good and reputable local company, but I got a better price from Deane's when my system needed replacing in 2009. Except for the quickly answered service call during an ice-storm shortly after installation that required replacing the thermostat, I've had an absolutely worry-free experience with the heating and air unit installed by Deane Electric and Air! I highly recommend them.

    Deane Electric and A/C has repaired my electric panel, my A/C and kept my rental property running during the summer. He's been great on communication and coordinated with not only myself but my tenant. His work is quality and he's honest about his capabilities. He's been willing time and again to do same day service. His office also stays on top of quotes, invoicing and scheduling so he can get his work done. I would glady recommend him to anyone needing electric or A/C repair (especially in a emergency).

    Highly recommend! Very clean, prompt and professional. Our glass stove cook top went out the week before Thanksgiving and lucky for us we were not hosting, but Deanne Electric came out same day I called for install! Repeat customer have been very pleased with their customer service!

    We had our main panel checked because we were unsure if there was an issue with the insulation or not. My home warranty company could not get a technician out to us so I had to do look for one myself. I talked to John Deane and he was very courteous and re-assuring. Immediately after talking to him I received a call to get an appointment date and they were able to get me on the books for the day after. Mr. Deane called the morning of the service appointment to ask if his technician could arrive earlier, and when the technician did he was polite and professional and did a thorough inspection of all of our panels. It turns out we did not have an issue to be alarmed about but its better safe than sorry! Deane Electric will definitely be one of my go-to electric repair/service providers in the area!

    I had a new inside and outside AC unit installed July 2020. In September the unit would automatically shut off once the inside of the home reached 70 degrees. Deane Electric & AC owner, John Deane, stated the problem was that we needed to use better filters, have the less than 1 year old unit coils cleaned, and air out the house once a week. All of these explanations are ridiculous and when I disagreed with him her verbally attacked me via text messages. Please do not waste your money dealing with such unprofessional behavior.
