I've used this company in the past so when I called about my AC the owner was great he gave me some suggestions of things I could try to resolve the issue. I like that he offered me me some ideas that I could try even though I did go ahead and schedule a technician. My technician was fast friendly and Even gave my husband a compliment on how well he maintained our AC. In the end we got some great tips on how to maintain our AC and we got a great customer service. I've used Dean for electric work and AC so I can definitely say l will continue to call Deane electric

Mr John Deane is a extremely helpful business owner, he walked me through changing my transformer over the phone, Mr. Chris came over and showed me how to clean the drain pipe to my AC unit. These guys aren't out here just to make money from you. They are genuinely nice and helpful people trying to keep your electrical working and you're home cool in the summer. Chris was at my house within an hour of calling the company. Kimberly was very nice and pleasant to work with getting a technician over to the house. Killeen is full of companies trying to screw you over and it's amazingly refreshing to find one that just wants the best for there customers. Mr John is not only a good business owner but he's extremely knowledgeable about his business duties and he even takes service calls regularly. I really recommend this company.

John and crew wired my shed and patio with electricity. They were amazing! They started and finished when they said they would. The price was just as stated. Looking forward to years of sitting on my back porch and enjoying it!

John and his crew installed a brand new A/C unit. They did the outside unit and inside unit. Replaced it with an American made and Texas made product. I love that. They were very professional and did what they said they would do for the exact price they said.

I needed an outlet added. Customer service was amazing and price reasonable.

Deane's is an amazing company. Great communication with customers. Knowledgeable in their field. Would recommend them to anyone.

I was scheduled for a window - 9:30 to 12:00. Got a call from the repairman - his first appointment cancelled. Could he come early. He quickly assessed the problem - found a burned element. He called for a replacement part, picked it up and replaced it. 1 hr and 15 minutes. $90 part. Visit total $183.75! Very pleased. I was afraid I'd have to replace the system. The tech had been here before a number of years ago. and provided the same service. Quick and easy fix without gouging for extra $$. I've used a licensed electrician from Deane Electric in the past - same results. Good service and reasonable pricing! I'm impressed and will call Deane the next time! Thank you!

As a new homeowners we had no idea what to do when our heating stopped working this winter. We had tried every YouTube video and watched tons of instructions on how to repair it ourselves. We called around and all the other companies were trying to charge $180 and up just to come look at our system not even to diagnose the problem. Thankfully the real estate company we purchased from had Deane Electric and AC fix our AC before we moved in. So I called them again and they were so helpful. They were flexible and worked with my husbands hectic schedule. They even allowed my hubby to see where all the wires were so he would know what to do next time. Now our heating is working amazingly and it’s so warm and cozy in our house.

Worked with a technician named Nick who far exceeded my expectations!! He worked patentiently with me through the home warranty Company and kept me updated and informed the entire time. Nick was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and PUNCTUAL which was very important to me considering the very little time I could take away from work to fix the problem. Prices and rates are extremely competitive as well. I would HIGHLY recommend Dean Electric to anyone.

We have used Deane Electric for a few years, now. They are usually prompt, and rarely have a long wait to get an appointment. We had them service our old AC unit, and then they installed our new one! We did find some scratched paint in the blower cabinet, as well as a few other minor bumps. Sometimes there is a fine line between being efficient, and being rushed. Overall, very happy with the work!

Contacted to come out and do some work. They said they would be out to give a quote/start. So I took the day off to be here. And they never showed up. Wouldn't call/email back.
