O Neal Heating Air Ocnd

My Mom called them @ 8am on June 13th 2022 and they told her they would be there before noon . They showed up at 1020am and got her ac running temporary cause she needs a new outside unit . They told her they could have it by morning and she said ok. They left and called her about 20 minutes later and told her that they are going to Waco to get her a new unit and will be there to install it today. They got to her house and installed her outside unit and had it done in a hour. I highly recommend them they are retired military and very friendly and helpful and professional. Very sweet people.

On a saturday, answers phone to say hes not open and works from home. Asks for what the problem is and just says hes not open and hangs up. Bad customer service. Not worth the money if you pick and choose who you service. Update your info, says you are open 24hrs.
