John is the kindest, most awesome person for AC in this area! Trust the other reviews. He helped us out when we only lived in our Jarrell home ten months and the whole AC went out, in August, here in hot Texas. He was fast, reliable, educational, reasonable, helpful, and is a real God send. We would have been completely at a devastating loss without him. I would and will recommend him STRONGLY to anyone in need of the services he provides. His staff was amazing, clean, and thorough! I could never say enough wonderful words about this company. While the one time I called to have an electric outlet fixed it was a nice experience, when I called to have them give me an estimate for my A/C it was a whole different story. The owner was very perverse and making comments about a cat I have at my rescue named Magnum. When they were at my house the first thing he did was say my house stunk like cats. I run a cat rescue out of my home and he came as I was cleaning the litters. He stood in my home and told me he was concerned for me because I had a lot of cats! He was told before coming to my property I ran a rescue because I was asking if he gave a discount to non-profits. He gave me a price and then said I was lucky he would do it for that because I have a gas unit. He then walked out of my home and said "you really could have a nice place it's a shame you are letting it be destroyed by the cats". Totally unprofessional! Will never use this company again!!!

The AC decided to die during the middle of the summer, just as we were in the middle of constant 100+ degree weather. We called Deane and he came out the same day, made a great offer that was quite affordable, and we went with him. Their crew worked quickly and had us comfortable in no time.

I called and scheduled an electrical repair appt for a day that I would be off work and could be flexible. They said they'd call me a couple days before the appt to give me the exact time frame. I agreed to the price and date. On the Saturday prior to the monday appt I realized I never got a call. On monday it was 9am before I could get a hold of them only to find out that they did not put my appt on the books. Another perfectly good day for the work to be done wasted as I wont be able to find anyone to drop their work for the day to come to my house today while I am off work today. I try to be considerate and work around providers schedules. For one to stand me up like this is unacceptable and I wanted others to know how I was treated so you dont have the same experience.

John Deane, owner and operator of Deane Electric has been extremely disrespectful and unprofessional to my mother who has been a loyal customer for over 25 years. If I could give zero stars I would. I am in shock that a business owner could ever speak to a customer in this fashion, especially when someone was simply inquiring about why an A/C unit installed about a year ago is having problems! Mr. Deane called my mother an idiot. Once I figure out how to post the text messages I will.

Found this company after several property managers called other big names in the area over the years. They are by far the best company to ever service my multi-family property. They really take care of their customers, are very honest and don't price gouge like the competition. Great work, fast service and a great price!

My AC was fixed within 45 minutes of placing the call to Deanes. Deane was very pleasant & answered all questions. Josua worked fast & professionally. He also explained the issue. They have definitely gained a loyal customer. Thank you!

Had them out to work a new electrical line and breaker for my welder. Made an appointment and they were out to the house the following day. They were byfar the best price in town. Their technician was polite, very quick, and cleaned up everything after he was done. Will use again for anything electrical or AC.
