Ben and his crew were very professional and a pleasure to be around. Not only did they quote us the best price of all the estimates we received, they did an outstanding job. We got 4 estimates total, and it seemed like, that all the other companies were trying to take advantage of us, because of the situation we had.

They brought in throw blankets and covered all the carpets and other flooring where they were working. The work was done in less time then estimated, even though they ran into a small problem that was not foreseeable (lines in walls). after completion of the job, they clean all areas where they worked at, and I have to say it was spotless.( I could've not done a better job).

I highly recommend their service.

Hopefully, I don't have any more pluming problems, but if I do, there is only one company I would call.

Kerrville Plumbing Plus does great work, remembers to order parts and come back to install them in a reasonable amount of time. They have comparable rates, even though plumbing is always expensive 🙊.

I thought real hard about whether or not to write a review. After the project was completed I decided it would be an injustice to others not to. I could go into more detail but simply put our experience was not at all pleasant. Countless times we heard "this is normally not the way we do business". After a while that just got old. During this entire bathroom renovation there was poor communication between Kerrville plumbing and the contractors. My wife was even disrespected by a KP supervisor. No one was on the same page and many errors were made because of it. When mistakes were made it seemed that every one was quick to blame each other. No loyalty. Sports analogy: when one looks bad you all look bad. All the entities working on the project are suppose to be a team working towards the same goal. That just wasn't the case and our reno was drug out for over 6 weeks to correct errors. Yes the end result was a finished bathroom, however anything was better than what we had before. We learned our lesson on this one. Shop around before making a decision. Good reviews misled us. Apparently, 'Readers Choice Awards' isn't everything.

Keefe was punctual, really knew what he was doing, didn't waste time and fixed our problem quickly. He also had a great attitude.
I will definitely ask for him next time I have a pluming problem.

Charged for service(s) that didnt fix the problem then wanted 3 times more to correct. The charge was over $1000.00 to not fix. Be careful when dealing with this company. Just had it repaired for $750.00 and the same correction this company wanted over$2700.00 for.

This was a pleasant professional who provided quick, clean service & he took the time to explain what the problem was and how he fixed it. Plus the people on the phone were pleasant and the service was timely for our need. GREAT JOB! Recommend to all who need a plumber.
