Highly recommend Kerrville Plumbing Plus! on time, did a great job, even gave advice to my son on a project he was working on while they were here.

Unclogged a tough clogged drain and pointed out a relatively easy fix that needed to be done to the house. Very professional and helpful, would not hesitate to use again.

Great customer service! Replaced my water heater same day. There was a minor issue with the install and they came back out to resolve it. Even had the owner follow up the next day to make sure everything was working properly.

On Wed. my wife said she heard air spewing around the stove. We traced the sound to under our mobile home. I pulled up a couple of skirting panels and saw water spraying about ten feet back from the opening in the skirting. Just a few years ago this would be no problem. I would just crawl over to the leek and fix it with no problem but now that I am 72, have had 3 back surgeries, have bad knees, COPD, and have had 3 heart attacks it is very hard for me to do much at all but ignoring the complaints of my wife that I should not be doing this. I crawled back to the leak (after turning off the water). I found that it was a fitting that I had replaced a few years ago that had just come disconnected. As I put it back together thinking all the time I should probably replace the fitting but not wanting to strain my way in and out again I just put it back together turned the water back on and after the pressure built up it popped loose again.
That night in my e-mail there as an add that one of the plumbing companies was discounting there service charge from $59 to $30. I thought "what a blessing". So I called them the next morning and they sent out a guy said the charge would be $300. With my body hefting like it was I said go ahead. To make an already long story short. He had to go get parts (which couldn't be more that $10) and at the most 30 min. of work he presented me with the bill and bid me good by. He didn't even ask if I wanted him to slide the two panels of skirting down.

We are very pleased with Kerrville Plumbing Plus and their professional staff. Very customer service oriented and very helpful. Definitely will be using them again if the occasion arises.

We recently moved to Kerrville and encountered major plumbing problems with our new home. We dealt with two local companies before we found Kerrville Plumbing, an outstanding company. It's a small family owned business, a father and his two sons, so you know who will be dealing with, as opposed to getting whatever technician that may be available. They were reasonable, very professional and, most importantly, knew what they are doing. They didn't just fix the problem, but went to great lengths to minimize the collateral damage from repairing the leaks, which I didn't expect and ended being a lot more work for them. Needless to say, I highly recommend them for any plumbing problems.
