When our AC unit went out shortly after buying our house, they went out of their way to make sure it was replaced in time for summer, and I have absolutely adored every employee that's come through my home. **Updated** I had a great conversation with the owner of this company and got a thorough explanation as to the cost. With that knowledge, I felt it was important that I update this review. The fact that the owner himself took the time to call and explain things made me feel valued. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

I tried using Mosty Plumbing but only got a voicemail when I called. I left a message and waited over 24 hrs for a reply that never came. I finally called Kerrville Plumbing Co. They answered and had a plumber at my house within an hour. That was awesome. The guys that arrived were very courteous and completed the job in about 20 minutes. Everything was great until it came time to pay. I was charged $148 to replace a fill valve. The service fee was $59, that's fine and understandable, but $88 for a fill valve? I wished I knew how to do these things myself because I have found several fill valves for under $30.

Alan and Logan repaired our water lines after the epic winter storm that caused major damage leaving us without running water to our house and livestock tanks. Kerrville Plumbing Plus kept us informed and was very courteous and professional in setting up our appointment. Alan arrived promptly, stayed until all broken pipes were found to ensure we had reliable water where we needed it and did the work with a smile. I learned that their services aren’t limited to plumbing but also include a/c and heating plus electrical work. I recommend Kerrville Plumbing Plus and will be using their services again.

Very impressed with the prompt service and the professionalism of the techs that came out to diagnose my problem. The price was very reasonable. This company is very responsive as well. I was put on the schedule quickly, was given notifications of when the tech was coming and who my service person was. I will definitely use this company again for all of my service and repairs in the future.

Alan R. and Connor M. installed a Rheem 1/2 ton Air Conditioner and Heating System in my home and I couldn't be more pleased. Alan did the assessment as to the size my home required and thoroughly explained everything about it. They came to work at the designated time, the office notified me the time they would arrive and they were spot on time. They were friendly, polite and very open and congenial with me and each other. It was a very difficult job as the access to the attic was small and the units were large. They were extremely careful not to damage the hardwood floors or the walls in the small hallway where the access was. They were very professional, working hard and long to achieve the time limit they gave themselves. They are a very good team and get along well together. I am very pleased with the outcome and can recommend Kerrville Plumbing Plus and this particular Team for any job they undertake. I give them a 5 star rating!

I discovered my water heater was leaking about 10:00 am on a Thursday. I wasn’t sure who to call, but based on the good reviews I saw on Kerrville Plumbing, I called them. The lady I spoke with was very professional and polite and told me a tech would be in touch shortly. Within the hour one of their technicians was at my door. By 1:30 they had the water heater (that was in the attic) replaced. I am very satisfied with Kerrville Plumbing. If you ever build a house DO NOT let the builder put the water heater in the attic! Job well done guys!

We will use Kerrville Plumbing again and again. Good service, friendly people, reasonable prices. Extremely impressed. We needed plumbing and electrical work; Matt, Dario, Alan and Logan are awesome. And, Tatiana is so nice to talk to on the phone.

Have used this firm several times over the last 3 years. Mostly outdoor water tank issues, plus HVAC indoors. Always cheerful and respectful. Always do a thorough and professional job. Really feels good to depend on them to handle whatever issues arise.
