Underwood's Heating & AC

I don't know why my name is not on here, I am not Donn Bauer. I am Nancy S. Our A/C was not working. We had an appointment but Lee called and said "let's try this to see if this is the problem"... It worked. How nice of him to help us this way!! We have used Lee for several years and are always very happy with his service!!!

These guys are GREAT - VERY Nice people whom I trust much/ After we started using them (10 years ago) we discovered owners Lee & Doris are big in our Church... we trust these folks

I contacted Underwood's in August to get our heating ducts cleaned.
we made app. for September 10th at 9 a.m., 10 a.m. came no one was here.
I called Underwood's, spoke to Mr. Underwood; the machine was broke and it should be fixed in a couple weeks.
he assured me he had my number and name and would call me as soon as the machine was fixed.
It's now December 2nd and I've not heard from them.
Would not recommend.
