Had leak in outside faucet. They were able to replace faucet for less than another firm quoted me and knew what the problem was better than the other company. They also replaced the old toilets with new ones of good quality. They did this in a very short time. Thank you Robert and Kerrville Plumbing Plus. You have always given me good service.

We live in a home with cast iron pipes that have disintegrated in a specific area. Colt took the time to explain what has happened to our pipes and why snaking one specific drain line is no longer an option for us. Kerrville Plumbing Plus have presented a plan for my wife and i to consider which would replace all old, original pipes (73 yrs old). We appreciate their professionalism, courtesy, kindness, and empathy. Also grateful for the clarity they provided and we are giving serious consideration to them for the work that needs to be done.

Guy showed up 4 hours late and looked at the pipes for 10 minutes.
Then he said he couldn't fix it and charged my mother anyway.
Called someone else, and it was a simple fix.
Lazy unqualified technicians.

I have used Kerrville Plumbing Plus before, but this time the estimated price was very high. I truly appreciate Mr Colton Mains kindness when I decided to NOT use them this time. I paid him the quoted price for just coming to check my problem, and I will look for someone cheaper.

Will never use this company again. They are extortionist. I had a sewer backup on the weekend with a house full of guest. Called Kerrville Plumbing and was told it would be $200.00 for the service call to wish I agreed to pay. Their tech showed up and I informed him where the obstruction was which was approximately 10 feet from the clean out in the front yard. The tech then told me that it would be additional $650.00 to run a snake thru the clean out. That is outrageous for a 5 minute job. Went to Harbor Freight bought sewer cable and fixed the clogged drain in 5 minutes.

This is my second experience with Kerrville Plumbing Plus, and just like the first job (water heater replacement), this one (installing electric vehicle charging circuits in the garage), was flawless as well.

When I called for an estimate, Alan came out right away to look the job over. He got back with an estimate two days later, and fitted us in the day after we accepted the estimate.

Alan, the master electrician, and his apprentices, Jason and Logan, were professional in every aspect, and after a difficult installation which required working in a cramped crawl space which required crawling on hands and knees in dirt 70 feet for access, and then working in a two-foot high space filled with insulation, they remained smiling and friendly during the entire installation.

Kerrville Plumbing Plus is my go-to plumbing and electrical service company. I couldn't ask for more affordable and professional service.

Robert came out and inspected all of my sinks for leaks. My garbage disposal was leaking and corroded and he replaced it immediately. This is not the first time He has been to my house for repairs. I trust Kerrville Plumbing Plus for all my plumbing needs and Robert always does an outstanding job! He is efficient, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Summer in the front office is also very friendly and helped me work out a financing solution that would work for me. I will continue to use Kerrville Plumbing Plus in the future.

Mikey came early!! Big plus!! He and his tech assistant were very professional! They worked hard from beginning to end and gave me time to clean under the area! It looked a lot better after than before! We are very pleased at the professional attitude and the superb job Mikey and asst. did for us! Getting us up to code and good to go for another decade at least! We highly recommend Kerrville Plumbing Plus!
